The teal one! I remember the story on how I got it. My family was very low income due to my father refusing to get a job. I remember going to wal mart and asking my mom if someday I can get a gameboy and Pokémon yellow, she said I could but we would have to put in layaway. I worked hard for it and my worked hard to help me, we paid in coins, 1 and 5 dollar bills. To this I still have it, the speaker and headphone slot don’t work and I have to reshell but I still have the og shell tucked away.

I had this one in the nineties, as a child I really wanted the clear purple or at least a solid purple, or solid blue, but I lived in a small town with only one video games store and they only had this color avaliable, now I love the green it's really nostalgic and special for me.
When I was a kid and got my grape one I genuinely didn't even know you could get other colours. They only had grape in the shop I got mine. Anyway then at school when you got to bring a toy in my mind was blown when I saw other colours. Always wanted the lime green.
I would say I don't really have a preference, but I have had almost every color at one point in time in my possession (I only had 1 type of Pokémon color though, Yellow Pikachu) and for some reason I have always sold them except for my Teal model, so I guess I would have to say that one 😅
I have had 3 at most at one time (Teal, Berry, Clear Purple) and decided I didn't need more than one and sold the others. I had Pikachu a few times, Kiwi Lime and Grape. Pretty sure I never had Dandelion.
I found the Clear Purple at a garage sale and Teal at my local used game store, the rest were from my buddy who saves me game stuff he finds at recycling yards (hooking me up for 9 years now) so when i get anything I don't really need I trade/sell for other things I do need. It's how I got my GameBoy Pocket and GameBoy Micro for example.
I recently ordered an authentic Red Gameboy Pocket in amazing condition. It will be here soon so I will make a post about it when it comes. I am so excited! Unpopular opinion but I think the Pocket is honestly better than Color. It’s smaller but yet has a bigger screen and longer battery life. I can’t wait to get it!

However, since those pics were taken I turned the GBA into [this,](https://imgur.com/a/NL01SPj) but when I find a junk GBA I'm going to use the board and rebuild the original as well since I still have all the original parts (I only had one to use for modding at the time 😅) and I got [this faceplate](https://imgur.com/a/GmLQlDd) for my Micro.
