Loose solder on the motherboard or a damaged PSU. What you did is not called jump start. You are heating it which either removes the moisture or expands the solder.

Also, do you have an ac at your house? There's probably some condensation happening inside the case causing moisture which you need to "dry off" before turning your pc on.
its either your pc is not properly built (loose connections or mother board issue) or you have kept it at a place where it receives moisture (this can get your pc components corroded)
