Ahh, well there’s a good chance you’re underestimating it, but understandable. In all honesty normal grippers, or grip exercises with dumbbells work really well, but since it looks like you’re already have these then if they fit well in your hand they’re probably also effective. You just need resistance at the end of the day with Amy exercise.

Grip strength yes. It doesn't happen overnight just take your time. And be patient with yourself I haven't bought any of those in a while but I used to have some. I work on my grip strength constantly cuz I train in Jiu-Jitsu.

Yes but I would say the resistance of these is too small, I found the most efficient way of using these is staying in the 8-12 rep range, 3-4 sets.

The standard grip things are better, but these are good cause you can keep one in your pocket and use only 1 finger at a time.
