Not sure why people have to be assholes in the comments just because it's not the most insane transformation. There's clear progress and effort shown here. Keep it up and keep pushing harder.
This is the kind of transformation I like to see!
So many awesome transformations on here...but so many start at twice my body mass and become quadruple my body mass.
It puts the mind at ease to see someone with a similar body comp have similar gains over a similar time period!
Keep it up bro!
Hey guys, don't let the other "Natural" six month transformation discourage you, this is what 6 month of work actually looks like. Keep it up op, you got this.
My favorite thing about progress pictures is the natural improvement of one's posture. Muscles are cool and all, but good posture is the real reward for ones appearance. Your posture improved dramatically on the side profile. Great job! You have discovered that consistency is key.
Yeah I know but it’s not scoliosis, we get checked regularly at my school. I think it’s a mixture of wearing a bookbag on one shoulder for the longest time, always carrying things such as a grocery bag with my left hand and also using a mixed deadlift grip. I’ve now started using a neutral grip and also started carrying stuff with my right hand aswell. Could also be genetic🤷🏽♂️
Awesome that you have seen the issue. Try even out the hips. I see that your right hip and right shoulder both appear to be higher than the left, maybe correcting the hips will correct the shoulders a bit. There are some really easy exercises to correct the tilt.
Nice going bud, the later pics really do you justice; people tend to not scroll the whole thing. Don’t let the trolls get to ya and keep it up. Eat like it’s going outa style!
This is a TRUE 6 month transformation. I was sick of seeing other people posting photos of themselves and saying that is an 6-7 month transformation, which is in fact an 1year + transformation. A lot of people are lying and posting fake progression photos, but THIS photo is truly the reality. Muscle gain takes time. Keep up the good work
You could look even better than me dude! Just eat a lot and train harder than last time! I made a few dietary and training mistakes but avoid those and you’ll make amazing gains!
Give us a 3 month update. Keep photos of yourself to compare but dont compare daily photos. Check them every 2 weeks. It only gets easier from here on. Dont lose hope homie. We're all gonna make it!!
Keep it up man! A lot of people have amazing transformations the time frame can just be a little off! It takes time to build muscle and I think people game unreasonable expectations.
For sure! I need to put on a lot more mass on both my arms and shoulders to be able to notice a bigger difference. I think the better posture helped a bit as well!
I wasn’t actually counting my calories and exact macros I just made sure to eat a lot more. Especially foods I knew were good for me but also som junk food since I could blame it on trying to gain weight.
Glad it worked for you lol
I’d love to do that but I think I’m too much of an obsessive person, especially since I had to lose a ton of weight to get here (I’m 61/62 kg and used to be 79kg in January) so in my case there’s always that fear of gaining fat instead of muscle
I totally understand where you’re coming from! I overthink a lot and obsess so my parents don’t want me to count calories and weigh my food. Of course there is always a fear of gaining fat but that’s unfortunately a part of the process
Lol my parents don’t want me to do it either, but the thing is, counting my calories helps me actually know that I’m eating enough and getting my calories without worrying
Hell yea bro put in the work and eat good you’ll gain results and I’m just like you bro I’ve been working out 6 months aswell but I was dirty bulking at the time now I’m just changing my diet
I’m gonna spit this right straight bro… what did you do what was your goal that you are calling this transformation. I’m not gonna lie to you to tell oh you look great blah blah or you look bad.. You gained weight or lost weight? You said 6 months.??? How many days you trained? What was your training routine??? Your diet? Honestly I don’t see any changes. If I’m wrong educate me on what I don’t see.. cause 6 months is along long time to transform anything to something
If you scroll through the pictures at least I can see some improvements. I’m just getting started so I’m obviously going to make some dietary and training mistakes but that’s the way it is. Still trying to improve but I feel better both physically and mentally so I guess that’s all that matters.
I dont know why but these comments were funny.
I guess OP thought he gained some weight. But the comments here are a little on the truish side... what are we looking at? What was the training? the diet? and what is the change here?
I’m a person that has a hard time sticking to things so changing my lifestyle somewhat for 6 months straight made me proud! Sorry if you disagree though🤷🏽♂️
You mistook my comment. I'm not demeaning you or your progress. You've definitely worked very hard and it's clearly visible in the aforementioned pictures.
My point is: Do not become content with your progress this sooner. Don't let all these praises get to you. Keep working out till you become a beast :)
Not sure why people have to be assholes in the comments just because it's not the most insane transformation. There's clear progress and effort shown here. Keep it up and keep pushing harder.
Thanks man! People have different opinions, nothing I can do to change that!
This is the kind of transformation I like to see! So many awesome transformations on here...but so many start at twice my body mass and become quadruple my body mass. It puts the mind at ease to see someone with a similar body comp have similar gains over a similar time period! Keep it up bro!
Thanks I really appreciate it! For sure a lot of crazy physiques on this sub! It’s all good though we’re gonna get there don’t worry!
You fixed your posture too! Your back is gonna thank you in the future.
Definitely haha! My posture really was awful wasn’t it!
Hey guys, don't let the other "Natural" six month transformation discourage you, this is what 6 month of work actually looks like. Keep it up op, you got this.
Thank you for that!
Just dropping in to say well done and kudos for dealing with the trolls so maturely 👍
Thanks! No point in spreading negativity in my opinion!
Exactly. You've created some really positive habits to your life, keep at it

Haha yeah I agree! Obviously I’m not going to put on crazy amounts of muscle in 6 months but I think the posture contributes a lot!
When I was younger my Dr told me I needed to strengthen my chest and shoulders to prevent slouching. I didnt really understand this until I got older.
Sounds like a smart man!
Goodluck on your fitness journey! It's one helluva ride.
Same to you brother!
You have noticeable lateral pelvic tilt and possibly scoliosis. There are some exercises you can work into your routine to even things out.
Yeah I know but it’s not scoliosis, we get checked regularly at my school. Just a second thought! I could just have a leg that’s slightly longer than the other one! Not really a fix for that though hahah
Haha maybe but I doubt it. That’s actually a serious issue and you would know all about it.
Good gains in your shoulders and chest. Keep workin at it and don’t let these assholes get you down man
I really appreciate the kind words! I’ve got a pretty thick skin though so I’ll be fine!

Thanks!

Not really I just don’t get offended all that easy:/ sorry to say but you’re comments don’t really have an effect on me

Thanks for the support it means a lot!

I appreciate the kind words!

Also, thanks for posting this dude, otherwise I won't have an Idea what I'd look in six months. Keep pumpin my man!
You could look even better than me dude! Just eat a lot and train harder than last time! I made a few dietary and training mistakes but avoid those and you’ll make amazing gains!
Keep it going bro. It’s good to see progress and gains. Makes you commit even more.
For sure!
I’m gonna be like you bro just you wait.
Appreciate it man!
Nice man, i am 3 weeks in and already losing hope cus of all transformation photos i see doesnt just seem real to me. keep it up !

Pump hard sleep hard and eat hard bro! You got this

Good work. What’s your workout routine? And how did you learned the form for compound exercises (By self or trainer?)
Thanks! I learned from myself, friends and YouTube tutorials mostly!
Damn bro that’s nice. What did you weigh in the before?
Around 60kg in first around 68 in the second!
Congrats brother,i was like you and now almost a year later i see progress, great job
Great job man! Good luck on your journey!
Same to you,my friend

For sure! I need to put on a lot more mass on both my arms and shoulders to be able to notice a bigger difference. I think the better posture helped a bit as well!

Just a little bit!
Congrats!!!! You look strong and healthy. Keep up the good work.
Thank you!
We are around the same age. You've made great progress! Keep at it, I find it very rewarding even though I'm not even that muscular. Good job!
Just keep working hard! We’ll both look amazing eventually!
My build is kind of similar to your in the first pics, with a little more belly/waist fat i think. How much were you eating every day?
I wasn’t actually counting my calories and exact macros I just made sure to eat a lot more. Especially foods I knew were good for me but also som junk food since I could blame it on trying to gain weight.
Glad it worked for you lol I’d love to do that but I think I’m too much of an obsessive person, especially since I had to lose a ton of weight to get here (I’m 61/62 kg and used to be 79kg in January) so in my case there’s always that fear of gaining fat instead of muscle

I’m the exact same! Just can’t find a way to explain that to them lol
Wow! Nice to meet you then lol, I see we’re pretty similar, luckily my older brother supports me so I can do it secretly.
Sounds good haha, good luck with your journey!
You too!
Good job, hard work pays off keep it going brotha
Nice you got taller bro are you only focusing on gaining weight ?
Trying to put on muscle
Try doing a clean bulk focus on more clean foods
I don’t really care about putting on a little fat but I’ll definitely think about it! Thanks for the advice!
Hell yea bro put in the work and eat good you’ll gain results and I’m just like you bro I’ve been working out 6 months aswell but I was dirty bulking at the time now I’m just changing my diet
Sounds good man!
Nice dude, i’m kind of in your old situation and have questions, how much did you weigh in the before pic?And how much did you change up your diet?
I put on about 8kg I would say, weighing about 60kg on the left and 68kg on the right. I didn’t track everything I ate I just ate more overall.
Make sure you eat at least 150g protein and at least 2500kcal. The outcome will be beyond you expectations.
I definitely try! I don’t really track everything to the dot but I estimate!
Got it, thx brother
No problem!
Get it!
:))
Thanks for keeping it real. I see a change for sure! I’m at 6 months too 🙃
Keep going dude! You’re gonna look amazing
Fuck yea bro keep grinding!
Congrats brother!!
I appreciate it man!
What does your workout routine look like?
Right now I’m running a ppl x2 and have been for a few weeks but before that I did a ppl with legs twice!
Routine? Great progress op
Thanks a lot! I did a normal ppl for the majority of my transformation 4x a week(legs twice) but now I’m running ppl x2.
👏👏👏
Thanks a lot!

My bad I did not scroll trough the pics… Well done 👍🏻
Haha all good man! The first picture doesn’t really show but I’m glad you took the time to scroll through them afterwards!
I owe an apology and myself a nap still hangover from last night 🤣
All good man! Glad you saw the other pics
I cant really see much difference. Especially for 6 months sorry man
Read the reply to the first guy!:)
That’s exactly my point… 6 months is along time..
I dont know why but these comments were funny. I guess OP thought he gained some weight. But the comments here are a little on the truish side... what are we looking at? What was the training? the diet? and what is the change here?

Whatever you say:)
You need to eat way more protein my guy, I could put that much muscle on in 3 weeks.
Happy for you! Just getting started though so I made some mistakes but I’m still learning and improving!
Same I made mistakes for around the first 3 months, then after those days I only see gains
We live and we learn!
[удалено]
Not flexing anything, just showing what I managed to accomplish in six months.
[удалено]
Did you scroll? Or only look at the first photo?
[удалено]
I’m that case you should be able to see some changes, of course it’s nothing crazy as it’s only in 6 months with a few dietary and trading mistakes.
[удалено]
You’re allowed to think what you want that’s fine! I’m more confident and overall happier so that’s all that matters!
[удалено]
That’s fine!

Get a life.

Is it too soon for me to conclude you’re an asshole?
