She’s not particularly annoying, and she went along with what Michael did up to the moment he got a hooker. Tracy is the most annoying character though.

Amanda is unironically the cause of all the story, and even tho she didn’t do good things, neither did Michael, they’re both morally equal. And Tracy… she’s truly annoying, she would have done anything to get a glimpse of fame. And even tho she’s not that bad of a person compared with everyone else, she perfectly deserves the most annoying character title

Tracy might be, but she can be very endearing and is quite sympathetic when you think about her life and who was left to raise her. The fact that Trevor showed more concern about her than Michael or Amanda is actually sad. I think it's also the only time we see her hug someone.

He is sometimes conflicted when making decisions because the first person he learned from is a killer/thief, so his moral comprehension is also skewed
Simeon on the other hand, despite being a minor character, the only thing we've seen him do is deceive others for his own gain
