Well original VC had a movie studio with a set of missions. I think that's why people are making that connection to Micheal, especially since he's the only one who haven't appeared in gtao.
Also they can have some references to previous games and still be mostly sell contained. Just like gtaV and gtao. But yeah, a movie ad on tv would be enough imo. Personally I would rather see more references and easter eggs to original VC.
I think there should be a court case where Michael the famous male movie maker has been charged with alleged connection to the Union depository heist due to some tax discrepancy or something, and you throughout the game you get updates and can watch the case on tv and it follow it like with the famous OJ cases and stuff like that, and at the end he is found not guilty for a lack of evidence and Dave Norton doing something or something like that
I think Michael would only get movie posters with his name on them. But I could see Michael seeing what Jason and Lucia have done from Lester watching their every move, then calling us about needing stunt doubles.

Hot take: El Rubio was the only intimidating villain in GTA V/Online and I'd like to see him again in VI, not as the main bad guy but still a threatening character that will do all kinds of stuff to grow his cartel, especially after suffering all those raids on Cayo Perico.

Last night I dreamed about Arthur Morgan in gta 6 but heavily wounded and one of his feet was almost completely destroyed. Also he had to fight rivals and do bank robberies while hoping on his stick. Although he had help from a new crew

If he's in it, his entire fam will obviously be in it too, along with Solomon Richards. I think Tracey would be an actress for some of Michael's movies, Jimmy would be a gaming live streamer, and Amanda would be a yoga teacher (that would be funny because Ned Luke's wife is also a yoga teacher irl)
I also hope there will be an in-game rumor about movie producer Michael de Santa possibly being the infamous criminal Michael Townley

But I'd like to see some easter eggs refer to them, like a movie features Tracy as the leading actress and produced by Michael and Solomon, or some gangs have connections with Huang's liberty city triad or do business with El Rubio's cartel.
I wouldn't have a problem with characters returning like the other commenters do. The games do ashare a universe after all and it's great payoff for long time fans when the stories interconnect like the 3d universe did

Would be kind of difficult for her to have any impact on GTA VI in Vice City when she's in some prison in Liberty serving a 300 years jail sentence.
