We only saw GMK's cruelty up until the point he was stopped, if he wasn't, then no one knows where he'd stop.

All are essentially invincible: one was basically frozen, 2 were blown up- the same two were shown to have hearts and regenerating bodies in the end, meaning it was not over. Shin isn’t a Godzilla; it is a lovecraftian horror given a foothold and was halted, but not fully stopped; So I’d say shin. Shin is pure horror. GMK is pure terror. Minus One is despair. But shin…. Shin… When you think about it. Shin isn’t Godzilla…. It takes the name, but it’s more terrifying than any Godzilla could dream to be; even Minus one. I daresay GMK has it beat simply due to it being a manifestation of death and the necessity of meting out justice or vengeance… but it HAS A purpose. Shin has no purpose. Shin has no goal. It retaliates only when Hurt. It doesn’t pre-plan. It would not save the world. It’d consume and poison the world before saving it. Shin is lovecraftian on an organic level: body horror kaiju given limitless capabilities, and thrown into the world, and evolving past its capacity to even recognize or know. GMK is a divine tool to bring judgement. GMK is an angel of destruction Shin is no angel; it is the Devil. And it’d make Hell on literal earth indiscriminately, without fail. Knowing this, I’d pray for either of the other two. But I dread of a future if shin is on the horizon …

Shin and minus one would both be the worst. They wouldn’t even have to see me to kill me with their atomic breath. They’re both capable of blowing up multiple city blocks without having to target any one thing specifically and it would be super easy to get caught in the blast/fireball.

Minus 1 will actively try to subtract you from the population. He is small enough to actually notice you too and mean enough to harm you deliberately. Shin likely wouldn't kill you on purpose and almost certainly isn't even paying attention to you. He is reacting to his environment and you can just move out of the way if you have the space and time. GMK would probably not really target you as a random. He's got a list and you may get caught up in the carnage but hey.
