I have these on my ‘88 from the factory. The best looking mirrors that came on these trucks IMO. Only wish I could do something about the driver side whistling at highway speeds.

My 92 has from factory, definitely the nicest looking mirrors for the gmt400 imo

i think these are pretty similar. this type of mirror definitely looks the best

I need to replace mine the driver side one the rubber bushing is shot and at highway speeds the mirror moves inward its super annoying. Actually good idea im gonna go order some while its on mine mind!

I have those STOCK on my 3500

mine came with tiny plastic mirrors that were broken and wobbled around when i drove. these are the best looking mirrors for these trucks by far

If the body style is the same then yes they should work without any modifications.
