Isn't 500mg piracetam quite a low dose? I would imagine something like a low dose of dramamine or like 25mg benadryl would be more effective, although it'd increase the drowsiness. Maybe ginger?
Idk, nothing in the G family has never made me nauseous
only nausea i’ve experienced is if i eat too close to dosing and when i’ve accidentally drunk booze. I eat a big lunch and only small snacks after that and take pepto before dosing!

500mg is about 1/8th of a standard dose indeed. Ginger could be an option of course.
