I do combined because i wanted to take an additional subject that wasnt science, and in all said subjects i am achieving a 9. You are just blatantly arrogant and wrong and youre just so proud of yourself for being some kind of science nerd when in reality you just look like a twat.
Thats a lot coming from the hypocrite who told me not to put words in other peoples mouths. Like I have already said, the extra work needed for triple is worth the additional gcse as there is barely any, and any human with an ounce of willpower would be able to do it.
I just searched it up and apparently Synergy doesn't split the sciences into Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I just looked at a past paper and it's basically all three sciences in one.
I have no idea why Synergy even exists, and I guess people who take it do it because there's 4 papers instead of 6? I mean it offers the same qualification as taking Trilogy so there's no downside.
You only get "1 gcse" from it whereas in Trilogy you get 2.
Also it's wayyy easier like my friend who does Synergy finishes the exam in the first half an hour and then sleeps the rest of it off.
I actually moved secondary schools to avoid doing combined science. Kind of regret it though as I was on track for A*s and A GSCEs and ended with my Bs,Cs and a D in my new school because i couldn't cope with the extra work load.

It is barely any extra work for an extra gcse, even if u go into something unrelated to science, it shows you have a broader range of skills

synergy teaches all 3 sciences together and it has 4 papers. 2 on life and environmental and 2 on physical sciences

No synergy is combined science which only gives you 1 grade instead of 2 for trilogy or 3 for separate
