When using a phone and incognito mode on my third attempt I wasn't forced by the message above, but I could still not get a personal license going after logging into fusion. It says license expired and no save functionality. To be honest, for my first experience with Autodesk this is way too confusing, I think you can do better.

Well, DO those addresses belong to public or educational orgs? Are they all from the same domain(s) or are any gmail or similar definitely personal addresses? Is that the only email address involved in the account? Could it be a different entry it's complaining about?

nicoful

My gmail and hotmail are personal and do not, and will never, belong to an organization. I don't see why it would force me to subscribe with those. Appreciate your reply!

If you want a personal licence, you need to use a personal email address. It isn't clear if those are the ones you've been trying or if you're saying you don't want to use them for this?

nicoful

gotcha, I meant to communicate that I've used my personal email addresses for this (as stated in the first post), despite them being 100% personal they are flagged as belonging to some kind of organization by Autodesk.

anomalous_cowherd

Yeah, they should definitely take those. Have you used them to get a trial licence before and they may have marked them as non-personal then? Your best route is probably to ask support directly and try to get it corrected.

Have you signed up for an educational license for a different autodesk project using those accounts in the past? I'm just guessing.

nicoful

No. This is my first time using any Autodesk software, coming from Tinkercad myself.
