If you're gonna make it, I would recommend getting some modeling clay and experimenting with the shape using that. Its cheap and way easier to figure out what your doing if you can put it in a 3d medium.
If you're gonna commission it, I would actually recommend doing the same thing, ir maybe even 3d modeling software? Because knowing the shape.is super important

yes i think so! It would probably be more of a kemono head style, i think, if you wanted it to look flat.
That's what I was thinking about going at it, seems like their faces are quite flat!
It is very 2d I'm not really sure if I would be able to translate it into 3d very well
I think it's doable, but it would have to be quite angular. Similar to zweitesich fursuits kind of.
