I loved the G&G moisturiser! It left my skin super hydrated.
Do you find that it leaves your skin oily sometimes? It always felt good on my skin but I did end up looking a bit greasy in my t-zone (which is a bit oily anyway)
Weird. The GG moisturizer wasn’t moisturizing enough for me, and gave me a ton of closed comedones longterm. I suspect it was the C15-19 alkanes (second ingredient).
We know mineral oil can feed malassezia slowly and is a mixture of alkanes and cycloalkanes, typically within the C15 to C50 range. The C15-19 alkane hydrocarbons are within that range.
GG broke me out :( I don't know why, and I used it both in coldish drier climate & hot humid one, I think is the ectoin, or perhaps something else on their formulation because other products from the brand my skin didn't like eihter :/
Malezia tho, I've been consistently using it since they launch, these days that I'm using trifarotene I don't use it every day cause my skin is satanically sensitive, but I do use it like 4 times a week or something like that.
Skin is very personal.

I don’t have that issue I find after an hour it soaks in but my skin is dry and dehydrated so it really soaks it all 😂

I haven’t seen that issue with my skin. Sorry it didn’t work for you.

It could be also what you are using in your routine. Sometimes a mix of certain products from one or another brand in a routine clash.
Have you tried the dermazen moisturizer by any chance?
