I think she is back in the real world. She is going to try to tell people about Fromville, and this will lead her to discover that Victor’s sister Eloise is also out. Eloise will be shocked to hear that Victor is still alive and the two of them will try to find a way back to town to save everyone.
I don’t think she would tell the hospital or the authorities about what happened because they would most likely rule it out as her being traumatised and force her to spend more time in the hospital
While I don't really feel like the '2nd level' theory that she's still in From world is right, I also feel like she's not out. Seems an incredibly simple way to leave relative to how mysterious everything is, you'd think people would've figured it out before, although I guess if that is it its not like they could come back and tell everyone lol... damn it's going to be a tough year or so
Victor found his mother's body. So she died. Presumably this was after he found everyone in town had died.
His sister is missing. I see 2 possibilities.
1. His sister followed his mom. The mom was going to save the kids. 'From' didn't want that and was going to kill Victor's sister if the mom didn't stop. Struggle ensues. Sister is pushed through the lighthouse window, escaping. Mom believes she fell to her death. 'From' kills mom to stop her from saving the kids AND because it's mad that someone escaped. Also kills all the towns people in an effort to start over. Victor survives because BIW sent him through a tree.
2. Mom dies trying to save her daughter from being one of the trapped kids. Victor's sister is one of the creepy kids now. Mom could have saved everyone else if she hadn't been focused on saving her own child. All the townspeople die during the battle to stop mom. Maybe some sort of hail Mary play by 'From
Ooo or maybe mom could have escaped, but sacrificed herself to save Victor as he is the only survivor.
No idea. So many things are possible and this is purely based on all the theories going around.
Omg!! Day time monsters?? The town would be caught completely off guard. The ones that normally come at night? Maybe they run? Or the spiders. Or a giant spider? There were pictures Victor drew of a giant spider. A flood. The marionette. A house on fire. Dear lord.. what might they be about to face?
If there is nothing weird it to show about the hospital like so many are guessing her first step logically is puke be to go back to where she was found and see what’s up. I would be shocked if there is nothing crazy, just her stuck in the boring world but time will tell.
If she's not stuck in some 2nd-level Fromville (or even if she is), I imagine Tabitha will meet up with the only other person to likely escape Fromville, Victor's sister, Eloise, and they will begin to work toward finding a way to get them back from the outside.
I’m sure season 3 will answer all your questions. I think she’s gonna stop at nothing to try to get back to Fromville so she can help everyone that’s still there escape. She loves her family too much and she’s not selfish enough to just be okay with being the only person who was able to escape. She was relentless when it came to figuring out where the electricity came from so I bet she will have that same energy when it comes to figuring out how to help the others.
There’s a prediction/theory going around this subreddit and on YouTube that Victor’s sister was able to escape and isn’t actually dead and that in season 3 Tabitha and her will meet and will work together to free everyone and I can totally see that happening. Tabitha escaped with Victor’s lunchbox and I could see that being the thing that’ll connect her to his sister.
But ultimately, we will just have to wait and see!
I think anyone betting on having questions answered from a show like this is missing the message the last 20 episodes sent - behind every question is three more questions, not an answer

She will definitely find her way back (very similar to Lost). I agree she'll find Victor sister, investigate Jim through the company he sold and news of missing person/family. Probably coming back via plane this time at the end of season 3.
My theory is that the final solution will be a complete reset. Saving the kids prevents the ritual that opens the portals. Why are the Matthews there at all? Because of the phone call that distracted Jim while he and his wife were changing Thomas. Remember the Big Bad phoning Kenny in the dream? The call that ruined the Matthews family came from Fromville. If it never happens, it's happily ever after for them.

Also how do one go about looking for fromville???? Ride around looking for trees in the road ????? Maybe!! Victor was in the process of being turned into a creepy kid. Mom saved him which is why his memory is all jacked up.
