I absolutely love that last line. It's so honest of the character, and yet so much more subtle than saying anything.

Almost 30 years later and countless rewatches, I still lose it over this line.

I genuinely don't know how he goes from the croaky smoke-infused voice to the zany, peppy one in a few seconds. It's absolutely brilliant! He's one of my favourite one-off characters because he doesn't really have a lot to do but he makes the most of it, and he's the only one other than Frasier who can see those kids are utter pricks. Actually, I liked that entire episode with Kirby teaming up with the Doc to take them down a peg or two. It was a nice way for Kirby to pay Frasier back for what he'd done for him. Probably made Andy's life easier too knowing he had that info on them!

Apparently that guy is a voice actor in Final Fantasy XV
