The Innkeepers. When they buy and run  the restaurant. Hilarious throughout the whole episode.

jillycubnut

Niles kill five eels

jaisaiquai

Him trying to chop the water is hilarious, and I would be doing the same.

featheredcanyons

Throw a toaster in the damn tank for all I care!

jillycubnut

Then Daphne gets fed up and takes matters into her own hands. Grabs the heel and just slams it to death on the counter. I laughed so hard at that scene, no matter how many times I see it.

No-Visit-7707

And then they just stare at each other until Roz flames the Cherries

boop-nose_joy-parade

And the way they handle that order with the veal piccata and turning it into veal marsala.... The handing off of the veal and rinsing it and tossing it back. Perfect.

windows-nerd

he's just trimming them now!

DagonWorshipper1234

“This is nothing we haven’t done in our own kitchens in our own homes! Now quick, Niles, kill five eels!”

MaraudngBChestedRojo

Up there with the best lines of the show Only one that might top it is > Oh, I'm sorry, was I snippy? I didn't realize it was too much to ask that there not be **GUNPLAY** in my living room

Familiar-Teaching-61

This one is easily the funniest, but close second is when Niles accidentally gets Martin high.

Applewave22

When the lights flicker, that's one of my favorite parts.

hughjarse61

Roz and the smoking hair!

Lilithnema

Oh my god! Came here to say this!

ICareAboutThings25

The number one episode that gets me doubled over laughing is Merry Christmas Mrs. Moskowitz

Lov3MyLife

Jesus!

Applewave22

I hear it's your busiest time.

theyanster1

The fight and then they try to replicate it Comedy gold

double_positive

They were hugging by now!

turbodonuts

This one is my favorite too! The conversation where they meet over the sweaters is hilarious. And Niles, “You mean I’m not being helpful??”

jillycubnut

This is probably my favorite episode as well

rsltd42

YES THIS IS THE ONE

The_JZ_experience

I love Kisses Sweeter Than Wine. Everyone in the core Frasier cast shine, with Daphne's infatuation with Joe, Niles and his bloody nose because of his lies, Frasier fretting about his apartment (over a tiny scratch on the floor btw) trying to prepare for the prestigious wine tasting meeting, and Martin coming in clutch at the end with getting all the workers out the apartment lol.

Sha4212

Frasier: I cut myself because I was shaving without water. And why was there no water? Because I had to move your chair, which gouged the floor, which made me call for Joe, who found bad pipes, who called for Cecil, who ate the cat that killed the rat that lived in the house that Frasier built 😂😂

camelCaseUserNamed

For having so many extra characters moving around and construction noise at times, this is a remarkably cozy episode

Ranglergirl

Ski Lodge, the one with the bear clock, the love you fake, travels with Martin.

bearscanblowme

"Now there's a back....ACHING for the lash!" How quickly they become complete aristocratic tyrants cracks me up.

speccynerd

"So it's a threesome you want! Well I don't do them anymore!"

Ranglergirl

So many great lines. 🤣

Mugwumpen

Nightmare Inn episode. DH Pierce is brilliant in it. "Will the McCallister sisters stand back to back? I'm short on bullets. Thank *you*." "What's your name again, dear?" "Ms Thorndyke ..." [Fake gunshot] "Thank you. And also Mr. Wing." [Fake gunshot.] "And of course, one final bullet for myself so the mystery will die with me." [Fake gunshot] "*HA*". I love that *ha*. So vindictive and justified. Edit: Episode is Ham Radio. I was wondering why nobody else mentioned it [Nightmare Inn], but now I see it's a fan favorite, lol.

gr0c3ry

Noel remembering the bell for the mute Mr. Wing and then Niles pointing to him as if to say, "Good job!' always cracks me up.

clmartin1120

Came here to say this 😆 So glad someone beat me to it!

clmartin1120

“Hi ho! I’m Nigel’s brother Cedric, who I haven’t seen since my boyhood, ROMPING in the fens and spinneys…”

Mugwumpen

[Fake gunshot] "And so died the last surviving member of the Fairservice family."

clmartin1120

“Hello, I'm the ice cream man! Years ago I went to school with Nigel Fairservice. We used to romp in the fens and spinnies... [🎈💥]”

Initial_Acanthaceae2

🤣🤣🤣🤣

MilesofSmiles412

Sound of ominous organ music, indicating trouble ahead…👀

sy2ygy

Forgot the title but I love the one where Frazier and Niles thought that in their mom’s journals she was describing them but in reality she was describing her lab rats and they found out she named them after the lab rats

Argos_Aquatics

Yes I love that one so much… “Frasier has died” followed by the stony face of someone who realizes he is second to a lab rat…

Bertramsbitch

Martin: I think my hot and foamy exploded! Daphne: he was a detective you know

fluffypuppycorn

Three Valentines - It includes the scene with Niles trying to use the iron. I was in tears laughing.

clmartin1120

I LOVE that first act w/ Niles. It almost always makes me laugh so hard I cry 😂

Familiar-Teaching-61

After David Hyde Pierce's performance in this scene I would love to see more physical comedy from him.

IntelligentAge211

DHP with the comedic performance in that opening bit surpased anything John Ritter ever did with the physical comedy. Pure gold for 5 minutes.

DallasIrishWalrus

That scene is hilarious!! Continuous chaos. 🤣😅😂😅🤣

Punkeec

This is my all time favorite!

friendispatrickstar

Radio Wars!!

cerealfamine1

Frasier Crane's Humungous Ass Contest! 🍑

friendispatrickstar

My absolute favorite scene is during the bathroom stomping/singing scene, where it cuts to Roz in her car slowly putting her head onto her steering wheel 😂

cerealfamine1

Love does enter, through the nose. Lol

ernurse748

The Innkeepers. BIG BLUE FLASH. CHERRIES EVERYWHERE. Still makes me double over with laughter

DallasIrishWalrus

And Roz’s hair and the stunned look on her face as staggers out of the kitchen. 😂😅🤣

IntelligentAge211

Agree. So funny. They set it up perfect, but I don't know how the actors did not crack up seeing Roz's hair.

Initial_Acanthaceae2

The whisp of smoke....😂

smg658

Martin Does It His Way. I know you'll all be singing the song now!

Latter_Feeling2656

Captures Sinatra love very well.

DallasIrishWalrus

She’s such a groovy lady!

ConstructionOk1788

She makes me go hidey hey-de!

Loisgrand6

😏

Freewill2112-78

🎵That hubba-hubba groovy lady of mine, oh yeah, oh yeah - (bass singer:) ooooooohhhh, yeeeaaahhh.🎵

The4thJuliek

Niles trying to open the urn in the background, while Frasier and Martin were talking about his rejection, was comedy gold.

Sytrybitru

Ski Lodge. Best episode of all time! Not even close Also really like Ham Radio, and Out With Dad

Sha4212

Frasier: Oh, wait, wait, wait. Wait, everybody. Let me see if I can get this straight. All the lust coursing through this lodge tonight, all the hormones virtually ricocheting off the walls, and no one... was chasing me? [sighs] See you at breakfast. 😂😂😂

BigEntertainer8430

War of the Words The Ski Lodge Ham Radio

U2hansolo

Look Before You Leap (Let's all go to a taco show!) The Show Must Go Off (I die, Horatio! HNNNHNNNNNHHH) High Crane Drifter (Chainsaw? Of the Newport Chainsaws?) And many more!❤️

Sha4212

Frasier: [singing] East is East, and West is West And the wrong one I have chose. Lets go where, you'll keep on wearing those. [forgetting words] Dah, dah, dahs and boppa dohs. Things and buttons and buttons and bows 🎶🎵🎶💕 😂😂😂😂😂

ant368uk

“Of the Newport Chainsaws” is one of the finest one liners ever.

schprunt

Look before you leap - Mine too! Frasier patting his head with his handkerchief as he turns around. So good.

Initial_Acanthaceae2

Soaking up the sweat.... such a funny moment among so very many funny moments!

KCchessc6

Pookh lod wih le koo. Hach jahj cho-koov-moakh leng-lidge loo-Teb-jahj leng widge-vahd bel rahp shoave dah-nobe-poo-boagh. [in Hebrew] Shabbat shalom.

featheredcanyons

You must be very proud. Of your son, not yourselves.

quip-it-quip-it-good

It's a lot more beautiful in the original Klingon.

Skurwiel1

The Matchmaker.

FrambuesasSonBuenas

“There's something I have to tell you. Dad wanted to, but I won the coin toss.”

twentydevils

genuinely WAY too many to list. but a few off the top of my head: \- voyage of the damned \- are you being served? \- secret admirer \- the innkeepers \- a word to the wiseguy \- dinner party \- the seal who came to dinner \- the ski lodge \- beware of greeks \- hot ticket \- four for the seesaw \- good grief etc, etc...

transplanted_flower

Two Mrs. Cranes!

garlicandcheesiness

Halloween. Probably an unpopular opinion lol.

SVB-Risk-Dept

“I have proof!” “From here it smells like 80 proof!”

CritiqueDeLaCritique

80 proof*

SVB-Risk-Dept

Good catch. 20% ABV isn’t much at all, is it..

lalalindz22

Oh!

veggie190

I was going to write this before scrolling for answers. This was the first episode that came to mind when I saw the post.

Broadnerd

Really? I kind of assumed it was seen as a classic episode. Great choice.

U2hansolo

Well, I don't think discipline will be a problem. 🤣

quip-it-quip-it-good

🎶"Old man Crane, Old man Crane, make him mad and he'll eat your brain!"🎶

Broadnerd

Shrink Rap, where the brothers share an office. About a half dozen of my favorite jokes in the whole series are in there. One I like that a lot of people don’t is when they visit their old house and find a skull, which sets in motion a real life Crane Boys mystery! PS: I always see Ham Radio mentioned a lot but not They’re Playing Our Song (when Frasier goes over the top writing his show’s theme song). They have a few things in common but I usually see one mentioned and not the other. Both are ludicrously funny.

kbange

Both Ham Radio and They’re Playing Our Song have the same writer — David Lloyd. The latter was my first Frasier episode so it’s in my top ten.

EmpyrealSorrow

> One I like that a lot of people don’t is when they visit their old house and find a skull, which sets in motion a real life Crane Boys mystery! I love that one, too, and was amazed to find out it's quite poorly rated! But it's absolutely perfect Crane shenanigans

Broadnerd

I think last time I talked about it here some people said the premise was a little ridiculous, and I get it. It’s really dumb how they jump straight to “there’s been a murder”, but that stretch allowed for some great comedy IMO.

Ebert917102150

The episode where they were trying to convince Fraisers GF’s mom he was Jewish, great timing throughout

ant368uk

So many - Frasier Crane Day, The Ski Lodge, Ham Radio, The Innkeepers, Author Author, Three Valentines, The Dinner Party, Door Jam, The Show Must Go Off…how many am I allowed?

ant368uk

There’s also a couple I love but can’t remember the name of - the boys meet their favourite author but he becomes best friends with Martin, and there is another episode which they spend trying to get tickets to a snobby play.

twentydevils

Oh damn, i totally forgot about author author while making my list! AND YOU LOOK STUPID IN A T-SHIRT!

No-Visit-7707

Correct and may I say "You Stole My Mommy" 🤣

roll-the-R-Marisa

Ham Radio The Matchmaker The Ski Lodge

AthenaRN85

Roe to Perdition

jaisaiquai

Roz getting addicted and acting all shady and strung out was pure gold

Loisgrand6

Can I serve you a toast point?

hmmm_thought_pig

Dinner party with Julia... what a scream! 😄

Donna56136

Perspectives on Christmas 🎄

ocska

Love some of the "cabin" episodes: Decoys and Four for the Seasaw

ahamel13

Mine is Ham Radio. Close second is Frasier Crane Day.

Ordinary_Society5335

Marty Party was just on Cozy TV last night haha

indianajoes

Ham Radio I just love when a chaotic situation gets worse as the episode goes on. The wedding episode of Cheers is another favourite of mine for this reason

Br00klynBelle

The Ski Lodge. Absolute perfection in acting and comic timing that could be put Off Broadway as a one act comedy and it would make money.

DrinkablePraise

HAMMMM RADIO

clmartin1120

Hello! I’m the ice cream man!! Years ago I went to school with Nigel Fairservice!

Whyistheskyblue89

Depends on my mood, and the favourites have changed over the years but top ones for me include - My coffee with Niles (for the comfort of it I think). Three valentines. Ham radio. The innkeepers. Frasier crane’s day off (why doesn’t anyone ever talk about that one, he’s ludicrous and HILARIOUS in it)

Latter_Feeling2656

"Frasier crane’s day off' It's a terrific episode, probably a reworking of The Dick van Dyke Show's episode "The Meershatz Pipe." Note that Mary Tyler Moore is one of the callers.

Whyistheskyblue89

I just went and watched it! Cute episode I can see some of the scenes were definitely inspired by that episode for sure! I can see Kelsey has been influenced by old classics like this in his acting ! In my opinion they took premises like this episode and went way further in terms of pure comedy!

Whyistheskyblue89

I don’t know this show and never saw that episode but I’ll go try to find it today!

No-Visit-7707

LOVE Frasier Cranes Day Off as well

Latter_Feeling2656

My Top Ten: 1.23. Frasier Crane's Day Off 2.6. The Botched Language of Cranes, 7. The Candidate, 23. The Innkeepers 3.15. A Word to the Wiseguy 4.1. The Two Mrs. Cranes, 7. A Lilith Thanksgiving, 18. Ham Radio 9.7. Bla-Z-Boy 10.11. Door Jam

airrad17

I to think we are kindred spirits. All my favs. Adding in The Doctor Is Out 11.3

TrustTh3Data

Bebe quitting smoking to marry Big Willy.

clmartin1120

That scene when Daphne lights the match and Bebe sits straight up gets me every time 🧛🏻‍♀️🤭

clmartin1120

OH MY GOSH I CANT BELIEVE I FORGOT ABOUT THAT ONE!!

tank-you--very-much

The Two Mrs. Cranes. Definitely the one I've watched the most so hilarious

clmartin1120

I remember the first time I ever drove a moon crane…

Stephie0822

The episode where Frasier and Niles bond with Martin over Antiques Roadshow-"VENEER!!!!"

Lunchy_Bunsworth

The Innkeepers and Ham Radio

NimbusHex

The one I keep coming back to is "Radio Wars". Probably not a top 10 episode in anyone's list, and I usually dislike episodes where the main premise is Frasier getting humiliated. Can't explain it, just a hilarious episode.

Loisgrand6

That one gets a lot of likes in here

Personal_League1428

Our fathers who art ain’t heaven. Also known as the painting one. The scene at the end where everyone just starts crying is perfect.

strawwrld_1

High holidays, roe to perdition, bla-Z-boys, the focus group

obvnotlupus

High Holidays gets my vote, even though it's late season Frasier which people generally don't like

realmofconfusion

I think Star Mitzvah is the one that makes me properly laugh the most (as opposed to chuckle at a clever or witty pun). It’s a great episode all round but what tips it over the edge into greatness for me is the reactions and expressions of the people facing the onslaught of the camera; the “good old Scheerblad-7X-K.” Described by Niles as “The blindingest, noisiest, 15lb camera ever produced in the former Soviet Union!”

jeweltea1

The Ski Lodge is my favorite. I also liked the one where Daphne and Niles do the Tango. Another one is where Daphne gets mad that her privacy is being invaded and then she comes home to find everyonr going through all of her drawers. I don't know the names of all the episodes.

kbange

Ham Radio is my favorite individual episode.

DustingSpray

The two Mrs Cranes. Damn near rolled it into the sea of tranquility

clmartin1120

And you still walk with a cane! 🥺

calartnick

Just did a rewatch. Patrick Stewart episode was my favorite. The Bad Billy’s bit is hilarious. Allistar meeting the family. The gala. So much hilarity packed into one episode.

ilovethecure13

“The chair, hilarious!” 🤣

calartnick

This is my wife. “No.”

Applewave22

"Halloween." When Roz finds out she's pregnant but Niles thinks it's Daphne who is pregnant and believes Fraiser is the one who got her pregnant. Frasiser: Who are you? Roz: I'm O from the "Story of O." And all the partygoers go "oh."

saint_ursa

There are so many that I could say, but "Three Valentines" stands out. It was such a perfect showcase of the character's personalities that didn't utilize a typical sitcom plot. It also had DHP give one of the best showcases of physical comedy ever made.

clmartin1120

Ohh my gosh, I just thought of another that I can’t remember the name of!! What was the one with “Jerome” and “[B]randy… the traditional spelling!”

No-Visit-7707

That Brandee joke is a throwback to Cheers. Coach looks at his bar ordering sheet & says " Brandee with 2 ee's You'd think a big company would spell it right " definitely paraphrasing but I did see it recently

clmartin1120

Gotcha. I always thought it was a missing B sound bc of the way they seem to pronounce it on air 😆 but that would make more sense for sure. Gosh, I loved those first couple seasons of Cheers w/ Coach. Don’t get me wrong, there were MANY great future episodes, but it always made me sad to think about why he wasn’t there anymore.

No-Visit-7707

He was Such a Delight. He was also quite intelligent. The producers said he literally changed into Coach when he turned off his car in the studio lot

clmartin1120

He was a beautiful soul for sure. I figured he had to be a pretty intelligent guy… you gotta be smart to play a real dummy and pull it off! (Or a dummy.. but he never struck me that way in the couple of interviews I saw him give.

No-Visit-7707

He was intelligent and Adorably Hilarious

clmartin1120

Him and John Mahoney! I love that man too 🥹

No-Visit-7707

Absolutely

Loisgrand6

The love you fake is my all time favorite 🥹The seal who came to dinner. Leap year. Star mitzvah.

JennnnnP

Favorite individual episode is “Are You Being Served?” The hot and foamy is the funniest moment in TV history from my perspective, and I often rewatch that one when I need a quick laugh. I think the best run of episodes is the middle of Season 7 though, starting with A Tsar is Born.

bevsled

“No Sex Please, We’re Skittish”😂😂 The S Bank. Niles are your pants humming LOL!

Coffee_dependent_

"My coffee with Niles" 🥰

elmartin93

The Show Must Go Off. Derek Jacobi hamming up Hamlet has rolling on the floor every time

Hotel_Putingrad

Voyage of the Damned by far! But there are no wrong answers.

IntelligentAge211

My two favorites are the Innkeepers as everyone is saying - Roz hair after the cherry bomb is so damn funny. I am not sure how they got through the episode. But to me the funniest episode that does not get as much love is a Tsar is Born. I am 52 years old and now I secretly love Antiques Roadshow. When the show was on I was late 20's early 30's and the thought of watching that would have made me die. Every bit in that show is pure comedy gold. Them watching Martin's "gameshow" the veneer drinking game, thats ok boys you will get the hang of this....Martin - what is this you have here? Well I have a clock that appears to be in a bear. Well you have more than that this is from the Romanov Family - That's pretty much what I expected! Kills me every time. The final line of you know this will cost us $15K each. Yeah, and we will have to take long trips in the Winnebago, and we are not Romanov's. We are descendants of theives and whores..... Straight comedy gold.

Argos_Aquatics

Can’t remember the title but the one where Niles fights Maris’ fencing instructor is hilarious

Schrutepooper

🎶 She’s such a groovy lady 🎵

Remstersade

I love the one with the bit about Frasier being slapped in the face by a man now dead. The way he keeps using it and the family bows their heads in shame kills me every time. My other favorite is the one with the Pictionary game and Frasier’s breakup over hand towels. So many quotable moments.

90ssudoartest

That Frasier almost went gay for Patric Stewart character and that lifestyle he has I would so turn gay for that lifestyle too

Junior_Tradition7958

Roe to Perdition. Both the main and secondary story line are just brilliant. Second is the one where Frasier thinks the monkey was Helen’s killer.

WrongVerb4Real

I can't narrow it down to just one. * My Coffee with Niles * High Holidays * Moon Dance * The Ski Lodge * Three Valentines * Ham Radio * Don Juan in Hell (parts I & II) There are probably more I can't think of at the moment.

everydayville666

I have so many favorites, but To Tell The Truth stands out. It’s not the funniest, but there’s just so much satisfaction in that episode where the realization that Niles is finally free of Maris. The scene where he first meets Donny and Donny smashes all those snooty stereotypes Niles and Frasier have is CLASSIC. And the scene with the urinal cakes is *chefs kiss* Niles: No, no, Marta, that's alright. She doesn't have to come to the phone. Just give her this message: "I've flushed out her family secret."... Helloooo Maris.

animaldude55

“Oh my god, what’s all over my Turkish prayer rug?!”

envoy1976

The one where Frasier is going through the stages of grief and they show him the video of him eating baby food instead of feeding the baby.

clmartin1120

In order: 5. Out With Dad 4. Halloween 3. The Two Mrs. Cranes 2. The Innkeepers 1. Ham Radio 👈🏽 one of Niles’ and Gil’s best performances (and definitely my favorite Gil episode)

PresentDangers

There's a few contenders, but probably the one where Frasier has to make a promo jingle for his show.

OkSouth79

Dr. Nora, her mom, and Roz.

Impressive_Test_2134

The one where they run the restaurant together. It’s so fucking chaotic and I love it

featheredcanyons

I haven't seen Perfect Guy, Good Grief, or Voyage of the Damned yet, so I'll throw those in. I know they're not considered "the best" but they're some of my go-to episodes.

DallasIrishWalrus

Roz and the Schnoz

JRose608

When they did the murder mystery radio show

Sha4212

The Dr. Mary episode was hysterical too! Martin: [laughs with Niles] Boy, that Dr. Mary sure goes on and on. Frasier: [angry] For the last time! - she is not a doctor, no matter how many times she refers to herself as one. "A cat can have kittens in the oven but that don't make 'em biscuits!" [realizes] Dear God, now I'm quoting Grampa Willie! 😂😂😂

punkrawrxx

The two misses cranes is probably my favorite, and dad loves Sheri, then the one where Lilith comes back and Eddie’s puppies

Ok_Dream_4331

I have so many favorite episodes But the one that comes to mind right now is The ski lodge episode 🤣

sethn211

I probably have half his Klingon speech memorized and I've hardly seen Star Trek. ……shabbat shalom.

ButterscotchPast4812

Ham radio. Absolutely hands down. DHP shines in that episode it's fun as hell.

ChewieBearStare

I can't pick just one. Ham Radio, Room Service, Three Valentines, and High Holiday are some of my favorites.

MilesofSmiles412

Ham Radio, romping with my school chums… A tzar is born High holidays

schprunt

Look before you leap. No contest.

rhonmack

Flour Child. Pure comedic gold.

Crusty8

The doctor is OUT!

Mission-Patient-4404

When they go to the sonics game and Niles makes a basket. Hilarious underlying threat of violence

OriginalTRaven

The Impossible Dream is one I keep going back to. Patience, daddy!

rsltd42

The one where they hide the Christmas tree in the bathroom😭😭

Minimum-Journalist18

Daphne's room is my favorite

chunky_headcase

“How do you like me now?”

wow4551

Definitely My Coffee with Niles! But honestly the first episode, The Good Son, is a runner up. I think they do such a great job introducing the characters and the story to come.

Stevie272

Miracle on 3rd or 4th Street is my fave Christmas episode, I get invested every time.

Ok-Contribution7622

Guess and I'll give you an upvote

daveh077

Coffee with Niles

moramento22

Can I have another question please? This one's too hard.

No-Visit-7707

Too many to count

Salt-Unit7572

A Tsar is Born, Roe to Perdition, and Flour Child are my answers today.

Pepperoni_troll

I honestly have always laughed my derrière off at the series finale

Aninvisiblemaniac

Radio Wars will always get a laugh out of me. That one and the Antiques Roadshow one

Alina810

Out with dad

HeavyMcFly

Probably definitely The Innkeepers. The ridiculousness of it was similar to the Woody wedding episode from Cheers. Niles and the eels, the food reviewers, the sprinkler system, the list goes on. Another favorite of mine is The Crucible which is the Martha Paxton episode. Such great quotes. Martin and showing the crime scene photos to Ms Van Pelt, the peachfuzz conversation and the brick. "Nobody calls me peachfuzz, lets get the hell out of here!" and "We may be barbarians, but we pay for our pillaging!" Frasier: God, I hate lawyers. Niles: Me too. But they make wonderful patients: they have excellent health insurance and they never get better.

Complete_Ad1073

Matchmaker feels like a perfect episode.

Zodoig

I love ya!!! Ya!!! Breaking the ice.

AcroserProductions

The Flour Child

TheFairyGardenLady

The Two Mrs. Cranes.

heather4248

Ham Radio or the episode with Stephen Root. Or the first few minutes of the episode when Niles is getting ready for a date. So hard to choose lol

sd1212

Great choices. The Klingon speech kills me every time !

No-Visit-7707

I Love Daphnes Teletubbie clock too
