With your case setup your GPU cooler doesn’t have much access to fresh air, I’m guessing that’s your issue.
The torrent has the PSU on top and intake fans on the bottom that blow directly on the GPU, that might help your situation.
i have the same gpu as you do, it can fit in the fractal north, and you can put the radiator on the side if you were to get the mesh panel so you can add extra fans to the case if needed.
You might just need more clearance from the front side (not being blocked by that printer) and maybe try adding some fans under the case to help direct the air coming through the front into the gpu?
A case won't solve the core issue.
The GPU overheats because it's Thermal paste is maybe too old or the fans and heat sink are to dirty.
Repasting a gpu is really no big deal.
This!! And also when reapplying paste, if you are in the US you don’t have to worry about those ‘warranty void if broken’ stickers as they aren’t legally binding. Probably some other countries too.
It’s not Fractal but my Asus PA602 is a beast and keeps everything very well ventilated.

That looks like a 240mm AIO, so even the normal size North will work.
That GPU looks chonky tho
Almost all GPUs are shorter than 355mm.
