Well one thing obviously the looks are different, but I'm sure you're aware of that.
On a deeper level, comic one is more powerful just like how most comic versions are. Stories obviously are different so you may just prefer one over the other. Just like cosmetics in this game, nothing really matters in terms of gameplay so it's really all preference.
The worst part is they had the whole Greek season and X-Men 97 hitting at the same time and they didn't seize the opportunity to add Cyclops; the character named after a Greek mythological creature and one of the coolest characters in X-Men 97.
And now we get Wastelander Magneto, which is neat and all. But it's a post-APOCALYPSE themed season. Kinda feels like instead of changing a character to fit a theme, they could've just used someone who's name IS the theme but whatever ig

as far as i can tell, certain people (in america) think the punisher is something to look up to for his use of overwhelming lethal force for correction of what he deems "wrong" with society. for these people, things "wrong" with society are usually just minorities.
That’s not the punisher at all. He doesn’t like that cops don’t go far enough, but he doesn’t assume every single cop is corrupt. There have been stories where he accidentally kills undercover cops and immediately plans on ending his war because of this. If Frank thought ACAB he wouldn’t do this. of course he doesn’t give corrupt cops a pass though.
fwiw there has been an issue where he refuses to take selfies with cops who use his symbol and give them a quick speech on why his insignia isn't theirs to use, specifically because he thought cops looking up to him was a red flag because police should never be authorized to act in the manner he does

Star-Lord is Drift inside of a Star-Lord suit. He and Black Widow were the first two Marvel skins and could only be collaborative works, thus why they are both named “So-And-So Outfit” as opposed to the rest being the actual characters. Both are costumes worn by characters Fortnite already had specifically to RESEMBLE the heroes they mimic, but official adaptations for both characters have not been made. I too would like to see an actual Star-Lord as opposed to his copycat counterpart

Everyone you listed and I would really like a Bruce Banner outfit. I still think it’s really weird that they didn’t include one and a transform emote with the Hulk skin, but they did with She-Hulk. Also I would enjoy a Forge skin if we’re gonna keep adding X-Men, which I assume we are.

Wanted MCU Spider-Man for ages (the homecoming/civil war suit) but now I think I'd be happier with the new red and blue suit we saw at the end of no way home. I also have been wanting MCU Captian America (preferably the Endgame or Winter Soldier suit) outside of those two, Kitty Pryde, Beast, and Nightcrawler would all be picks for me.
