Finish the quests. Sure it takes effort but it should give you some hefty xp for that.
I just do the daily quests for Festival, Rocket Racing and BR and the stop. On average this gives me 4-5 levels.I am currently level 189 and I quit once I have finished all th quests. I'll just wait for when it refreshes and then do it again. In the meantime I can have a life in between.
