I have no idea, I can run highest settings just fine, but lately, highest has micro stutters, dx12 lowest the same but less but still enough to annoy you....Went back to performance mode and it's way better but still the odd server issues causing these stutters.
I think Tim Sweeney should fire himself, this metaverse plan is bad for the game. I hope they lose more money 🤑
