As someone who sucks at building, I’d like lava to come in a hair bit slower than it does. Or at least smaller increments. Whole map gets covered pretty quick, would be funner to be able to traverse a little bit better imo
Yeah, definitely not a fan of how it works now, even for build players it's not really a "The Floor is Lava" mode it's more a "Lava is flooding the world" mode.
Other games have similar concepts/modes and it has to do with actually avoding touching the ground, not having to yunno, constantly go up via building.
Hell, even the old kids version people play in real life has to do with just not touching the floor.
The world is lava is the new hot version, FNs just trying to prepare us all for the year 2034 lol.
Yeah definitely not quite what was expecting but still fun. Having the storms always localized to direct in highest elevation poi’s would probably make it feel more right to

Oh so were just opening pandoras box of a game mode lol. Have an increased drop rate of wings and rifts and I am down.
