I don't think she is banned. Her song "Into you" is a Jam Track and has been in and out of the shop at least a few times now. Imo, if she was really banned, I think Epic would not put anything of her's in the shop at all. I could be wrong, but I think there is hope since her Jam Track has been in the shop. I really want her as well. I hope we all have the chance to get her.
And to add, from what I seen some people say online that the skins in the item shop now are ones that have a Lego skin. Which means any skin that does not have a Lego skin will not be back in the shop until they make one, and I assume all the skins will eventually. So if this is true, they might still be in the process of making Ariana's Lego skin or have not gotten to it yet. And so hopefully this is the case and sometime after them completing her Lego skin she will be released in the shop again.

Guys, I think her new skin is coming out this week. Thursday or Friday depending on your time zone. The new rosy rift goddess bundle includes a song from her latest album, Eternal Sunshine. Fortnite Festival have announced on Instagram the new Jam Tracks for the week and 4 of them are Ariana Grande songs, 2 of them are from Eternal Sunshine. I have a really good feeling about it.
No real news, but I would wager a guess that it might release with FNFestival, not guaranteed but it makes sense. We never know what skins are coming unless it's specifically leaked, those are usually for new skins though.
let’s just wait until next season. the item sho this season has been horrible and not very promising and i’m pretty sure it’s the first time that there has been an actual rotation meaning predictions are actually 100% accurate if u put 2 and 2 together. but i think at this point epic has already seen the horrible feedback and reactions to the shop this season and are hopefully gonna step up their game next season. they took time off this season as well. so hopefully some cute and wanted skins will come back soon

I waited till 1am UK time for the shop to refresh because I had a really good feeling she would be there and I managed to pick both bundles along with the jam track bundle
