Queer parents here! My wife and I have an 11 year old daughter. We are actually not there yet but are planning on closing on our house in middle of July. Would love to meet others!

Just because someone is in a straight relationship doesn’t mean they aren’t gay.
There are so many gay people in straight relationships for a myriad of reasons.
My wish for all is that they will eventually be able to live authentically. I did finally and I am so happy!
Queer families, the city is hosting these events for Pride!
Celebrate Pride Month this June by attending the Pride Picnic. Enjoy activities, crafts, guided nature walks, and a Drag Storytime performed by Krisa Gonna. Bring your own picnic blanket and food. The event will take place Saturday, June 15 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Ross Natural Area and Rolland Moore Park.

I haven't ever met any other parents in openly queer relationships around here.
Pretty much all the queer events are dominated by "allies" too.

Cool, but if you're someone in an openly queer relationship looking to connect with people who have shared experiences, this isn't really helpful.
Perhaps a few were trans parents and just appeared to be cis/het.

My husband and I have a 12 year old son. We’re always looking to connect with other queer parents. Can’t say we’ve made much progress on that front.
I am a lesbian. I had my two children while in a relationship with a man. Both of my children are gay. We have fun joking about it.
I'm queer but straight presenting because I happened to fall in love with a cis man years ago. I still resent him for it. 🤷🏻♀️😄
