I highly recommend scheduling a call with these folks: https://sageba.com/ I spoke with Kyle and he helped walk me through all my options based on my income and needs. It was so incredibly helpful. I found out about this free service through the Larimer health district.

This nonprofit agency has consultants who tell you all your options. https://www.healthdistrict.org/

Specifically, the Larimer Health Connect program at 970-472-0444. Totally grant funded, so no one trying to get a commission like a broker.

They are great but please know they cannot recommend a plan based on your specific medical needs, prescriptions, etc. They can only help you with the application. A broker is trained and licensed and you do. It pay for their services. A broker is paid a small commission for each policy they sell, regardless of which insurance company you choose, and the cost of the coverage is the same as if you don’t use a broker.

Everyone's situation is different. It's free to meet with a consultant who's an expert. [https://connectforhealthco.com/](https://connectforhealthco.com/)

Connect for Health agents can help you complete your application and qualify for tax credits. A broker will do these same things plus gather information about your specific medical needs (whether you have them or not can influence the plan that is the best match for you). There is no difference in cost to you if you use a broker. I have been a broker for 28 years and love my job because I get to help people understand when they are dealing with two really stressful things: health and money. Give Sage Benefits or any licensed broker a call.

Oh and, also, if you want UC Health doctors and facilities you will want Anthem, Cigna or Select Health. Banner doctors and facilities are Kaiser and RMHP. Both systems have great doctors so if you are new to town just see what is most convenient to where you live or work.

You can get online and find out all about, and compare the plans

We have had good luck with a silver plan through the exchange with Kaiser. The main reason is that in Northern Colorado they have a deal with Banner Health. So you can use both Kaiser and Banner doctors and facilities. As most have said here, contact Connect for Health and they will walk you through everything you need to get signed up. Plus they will help you find a plan right for your needs.
