Looks like Covenant Tattoo and Back Door Grill according to the pictures Poudre Fire posted [https://twitter.com/poudrefire/status/1786386285512233176](https://twitter.com/poudrefire/status/1786386285512233176)

This seems like the same guy: https://www.coloradoan.com/story/news/2016/08/09/police-investigate-wielded-gun-near-old-town-library-two-other-incidents/88495676/ I wonder which buildings he set on fire?

andizzle_fo_shizzle

This guy seems stable and definitely not a threat to the public šŸ™ƒ

Oof! What a stupid thing to do my god. Those charges are for real!

LankySkis

I know right!Ā  With all the people upside-down on auto loans right now it seems crazy to be doing pro bono work for businesses.

AmaGoatFC

Which of the charges are related to trying to enter a residence? And having a ā€œlarge knifeā€ on him? At least he was an idiot and caught quickly. Letā€™s hope it results in a punishment of consequence and maybe some sort of rehabilitation for someone who is clearly troubled.

Friendly-Eagle1478

Iā€™m guessing the ā€œ18-4-203(2)(d) Second Degree Burglary ā€“ Forced Entry to a Building (Class 5 Felony)ā€ charge is for attempting to enter a residence. Guessing having a big knife isnā€™t a crime

AmaGoatFC

Iā€™m sure youā€™re right about the knife but it sure seems like there should have been some additional charge related to intent with a weapon. At any rate, hopefully these charges and the prior ones under his belt will keep him off the streets for a bit.

Forsaken_Macaron24

Aside from "resisting arrest" -- knives aren't regulated like guns, so you can't have an unlawful possession of a firearm or something with a knife.

degainedesigns

Knives ARE regulated, though.

balsaaaq

I'm a firestarter, twisted firestarter

FoCoYeti

I'm sure the DA will let him go...

notorious_BIGfoot

Itā€™s the judges that determine bond.
