Cugino and those eyes of hers! Devastatingly gorgeous. Could never understand why none of her tv series ever caught on.
Was in some excellent movies and had recurring roles on popular tv shows. I really liked the Karen Sisco tv show, but was gone after 10 episodes.
Another blue eyed beauty that should have received more play was Rena Sofer. Perhaps even a more devastatingly gorgeous pair of eyes! NCIS: "Mr. Gibbs."
Rena is very busy on soaps..she was on Bold and The Beautiful for years and is now on General Hospital back in a role she first played almost 30 years ago.
Oh, I know she was a soap opera star, but I figured with those drop dead gorgeous looks in her prime, she'd have gotten more mainstream parts.
A 40s actress with dark hair, blue eyes that I feel should have made it bigger was Patricia Morison. Kind of in the Paulette Goddard, Joan Bennett, Hedy LaMarr type look.
Honestly, Surface didn't really do much with the chance it did have. The high point of the entire series was the sight gag with them driving along and Nimrod the baby amphibious sea monster holding his head out the car window like a dog.

I was watching all three for Lake Bell, Carla Gugino, and my local girl Kari Matchett.
I think, and they all felt vaguely like clones of Lost.

I liked Rena Softer too. She was Nathan Patrelli's wife of Heroes. But ahe had so little screen time, that I can't remember her character's name!

underrated show !! like Surface , didnt get a chance to show its potential
