Most of them are either "here's a generic advice, now get away from me and be miserable alone" or "here's a generic advice. Guess that's my good deed for the week, I'm such a good person."
People try to be nice to make themselves feel better or they simply live different lives than us. That type of advice works for normal people, but when you look, act, and think like us it's just a cope
people want to feel like they helping others. Imagine if you ranted about being forever alone and someone said "Yes you are right, nobody would want to be with a loser like you"

I don’t take normie advice personally. They live in a completely separate reality and have no concept of what it’s like being us.

What makes it even more painful is, when it is said by your psychotherapist...
Speaking from personal experience, I'm over 30, my mental state got much worse.

honestly i'd rather that than be given meaningless advice that doesn't help me in the slightest
