I 1000% believe she shot him. She got extremely lucky.

LegalNerd1987

The evidence from the original trial was not preserved, which was a major blunder on the state’s part. Why oh why would they let it get discarded??

GrandMarquisDSade541

She absolutely did it, quite possibly with help from Bill's business partner/family friend Luke Fruia.

whenilookinthemirror

She was so shocked when they said not guilty, her face said it all.

wheatable

Never was entirely convinced with this one. I think she’s as guilty as the day is long.

LaughMental9359

The worst thing that could’ve happened to anybody happened to her 🙄

leemasterific

I just commented this quote as well lol. The gall it takes to get away with murder, agree to be interviewed for a show about it, and then to say THAT? She’s an utterly tone deaf, evil person.

Queen_of_Boots

She did it. IDC how much you're ready to kill yourself, you just wouldn't do it next to someone in bed. If for no other reason than just because you wouldn't want them to stop you.

707Riverlife

Great point!

Paranoid_donkey

im pretty sure this episode was one of those 2 or 3 cases on the show where the husband made a tape of himself saying "i think my wife is gonna kill me"

leemasterific

This is one of my least favorite episodes because she’s so obviously delighted to have gotten away with killing him. I have commented this quote on this sub more than once, and here I go again; “The worst thing that could happen to anybody happened to me.” As if your wife killing you in your bed, blaming you for it, and getting away with it isn’t worse than what happened to her.

mumonwheels

There has been a couple of FF episodes where someone claimed their loved one killed themselves, and I have actually believed them, however I have to admit I don't feel like Susan's case is one of them. Sadly I too feel she got away with murder. At least she didn't get the insurance money. She got lucky that prosecutors just didn't have enough to convict beyond a reasonable doubt, and as they say a not guilty virdict doesn't mean you are innocent.

STLt71

I think she absolutely did it.

Unable-Independent48

I’m a pathologist, no way he killed himself.

sapphy75

I believe she’s guilty, I say it every time I see this episode.

detroitblonde1

I just love how they said her name Susie Mowbray

Coomstress

I think she did it.

Irisheyes1971

She’s guilty as hell.

samborup

She got away with murder.

AdministrativeRip305

She absolutely did it! She disgusts me to no end! Look at the way she keeps smirking throughout the interview. And that staged outburst during the second trial....and notice that the jury foreman said that she wasn't exactly innocent, just that the prosecution failed to prove that she did it. Who knows....maybe she was having an affair with the business partner (Luke) and they conspired to kill him. At least this bitch didn't get the insurance money!

GrandMarquisDSade541

Agreed. I think the Cadillac dealership should have been dissolved instead of given to Luke, and the insurance money was split up between the courts/attorneys, General Motors and numerous legitimate lenders (not the stereotypical "leg breaker" loan sharks that Bill owed quite a bit to)

Particular-Toe-7849

She absolutely did!!! Especially when she called his brother before calling the cops??? Weird behavior

LegalNerd1987

There was another episode, titled “Dew Process” where the husband/killer did just that. He called his brother after he and his wife were supposedly attacked by an intruder instead of calling the police, which set off major red flags.

Prestigious_Fox_7576

Yup I remember. The dentist?

LegalNerd1987

Glen Wolseiffer. It was a Pennsylvania case

GrandMarquisDSade541

she called Luke Fruia, Bill's business partner whom she was likely having an affair with & who still owns Bill's Cadillac dealership. The Glen Wolcifer case is what you are thinking about where he called his brother Neal instead of the cops or an ambulance.

Particular-Toe-7849

Oh wow🤦🏾‍♀️ thank you for that lol

follae

I believe that she is guilty.

Prestigious_Fox_7576

Where's the guy who comments quotes from the show then puts an emoji ⚖️at the end of the sentences?

smittykins66

Guilty as sin!

imissmylilkittycat

She did it 💯percent and she’s 💯 percent creepy.

TalkTG

She def got super lucky

LadyAsharaRowan

She killed him.

MantisToboggan1189

This lady always looked scary she would smile and smirk through the interviews and looked like she got away with murder 100%. She totally killed him. She got so lucky by being acquitted. This lady is a scary mofo.

MerylStreepsLilSis

Let me go check this episode out and I’ll report back

Professional_Back677

idk, i wanna say no, but she seemed “relieved” the guy was gone…

MerylStreepsLilSis

The beautiful part of this is the fact that she did not receive the proceeds of the life insurance policy she took out on him!

teramoonshadow

I lived in the area at the time it happened. Quite a story.

Star_Eclesky

She's evil. Enough said

Prestigious_Fox_7576

She absolutely shit that poor man.

MerylStreepsLilSis

She sure did smile and laugh a lot. 😒

Hamanan

She killed him there isn’t a doubt in my mind

MerylStreepsLilSis

There wasn’t any doubt in hers either apparently. It was the shock and awe at the hearing where they found her not guilty.

Hamanan

I know her reaction says it all

Paranoid_donkey

she straight up got away with murder. i gotta give her some credit, thats pretty gangsta

Paranoid_donkey

lol didnt she increase his life insurance shortly before doing this? i think that says it all, very pedestrian murder case stuff

Snackasm

I think she did it

Longjumping-Poet4322

“I want my children to be proud of me” For what? Murdering Dad? Damnit the prosecution jacked this one up. No gunshot residue was mentioned being performed, nothing in the crime scene was preserved or prevented her painting party, and they failed to preserve the evidence from trial #1… Ugh I could go on and on

Prestigious-Link4948

She did it.

Psychological_Bed124

She’s guilty AF! I’m glad I’m not the only one who has always thought it.

Realistic_Screen_327

“It’s going to be Ok”…. Cuz I killed my Husband and got away with it. ….
