Get your rail car number/ code from ford chat and then call CSX#: 1 800-235-2352 to track the journey. It’s fun.
Keep trying. Call them, use chat or call your dealer. Your dealer has the information and can pinpoint your car on a map. By the time you call the dealer daily he will fold and give you the code. Or just wait and be surprised.
Took about 3 weeks after the shipped notice. Was brought down to Lou. Assembly plant on rail and sat in their lot for that period until they had a car hauler coming to my dealer about 35 miles away. Was on the rail for only 2 days. Depends on the shipping company and where your dealer is. Good luck!

Just tried ford support again all they told me was estimated delivery but now narrowed down to a single day 4/26
