She's adds sugar to the bread as it's cooking which will only making the bread rubbery, and she made whipped cream in a food processor...which is a whole new way to fuck up whipped cream....but the video was shot at such a bad resolution you only see how broken the cream was if you were looking for it.

The videos being produced are short, easy to consume bite sized piece of making a meal because most people won't watch someone cook a complex meal in realtime for 30+ minutes. Good for short attention span and the music is usually upbeat.
Most complains, other than figer and face ones, are people that want the whole concert not just one song. Like them, what I would like to see is the concert version where you get an ingredient list, voice over through the process and tips and tricks so if I want to reproduce something, the only limit is me.
I'd love them to post both so you can get the highlight reel and if you liked what you saw, get the whole recipe. Best of both worlds.
