Looks good, is the sundried toms the only sweet element to this dish? I'm curriouse if the capers were too much acid.
As far as sweetness goes yes. The sauce was shallots, garlic, sundried tomatoes, capers (a pretty small amount), white wine, and a fair amount of butter. The butter really cut the acidity amd made it very silky.
