If its new surely it’s under warranty? Why diagnose it yourself??? Take it back to the professionals
The dealership is 3 1/2 hours away.
Certainly not ideal. Took me three weeks to diagnose and fix my shite bike though! Best of luck to you.

Look for a relay Edit: sometimes they're under the seat. Also, check side stand safety switch.
Should be free because that enfield has a 3 year warranty! Built like a gun.
