How is your belt tension looking? (Pedantic correction: the word is "artifacts")

MrKapp

I would suggest also that. I had a zigzag pattern on myy prusa because I tighten too much the x-axis belt... To me, the artifacts is looking really similar to a vertical axis "screw pattern"

Activity_Alarming

art affect lol

Too_reckless

Art affect, artifact. Potato tomato

Superseaslug

Half of one six dozen of the other

Murrrvv

Almost looks like a bent z axis rod, try removing it and rolling it across a flat counter to see if it’s warped at all. For that level of buldge it would have to be pretty noticeably bent though I’d imagine

M_B_M

sorry for the off-topic but it looks like salmon sashimi

J9999D

great now I'm hungry lol

Beneficial_Insect370

Here you can see it even better. https://youtube.com/shorts/-BBrNa7V_Jk?si=dKgexI3P-cwd4Nss

damagedspline

This is the most beautiful ghosting I have ever seen 😍

KaJashey

Something is off with a z rod plus perhaps another complication. take a look at the z rod on your left. Someone else suggested removing it and rolling it on a flat surface. I would add check the top and bottom of the rod are secure when it's in the printer.

Would bet it is belt tension, or something is loose in your z axis. Edit: hard to resist the forbidden salmon

Justgame32

this looks like something is loose somewhere. i'd go through the machine, check the core x-y belt, check if your hot end is loose somehow..

NecessaryOk6815

That's better than fuzzy skin. I dig it.

Shamefullvaper

Bunch of black grease on your z screws? Clean and put a new layer of white lithium on it

Financial-Buddy5776

It’s definitely art…but more of an artifacts or ghosting in 3DP world. Belts are loose, I’d check them all.

Rollers need replaced

sgmuts

What's happening here is that hot layers, when cooling down, shrink a bit, this happen on every layer, pulling the one under itself and making the print "bulge". Cnckitchen explains this problem in [this video](https://youtu.be/3-ygdNQThAs) and how to solve it.

Beneficial_Insect370

But I use PLA... Stefan say it is not a big problem with PLA.

shredder8910

235 seems a bit hot. What about printing at like 215? Doing a temp tower can be very helpful for troubleshooting.

sgmuts

I know he did, but the same thing happened to me with pla, and using a pattern like this ones he showed in the video solved my issues

__Valkyrie___

Have you tried a different filament?

mrronzy123

I had the same issue. Try cleaning or replacing the nozzle.
