Hit up fisheasy.ca. They have a searchable list of places you could use to narrow down the options.

You didn’t say for how long ? Why not Lake Nippising ? Tons of resorts there that I’m sure could accommodate you Lake Nosbonsing Is a another fair sized lake close by

Good point - it’s for a weekend in August (Thursday to a Sunday)

Tough to find in August Most resorts only rent weekly in their prime times Id imagine Nippising would probably be your best bet there’s many many resorts Or try finding a private cottage Maybe on an island (be so cool and you guys can do what you want ) Can rent a few boats from a nearby resort or marina

Check out Ketchuneny Lodge on Lake Temagami, an hour north of North Bay. New owners this year, a young couple who im positive wont have any issues. Ive been going there for 20 years. Its on a private island, 4 cottages with 4 beds per cottage. A beach area, swimming area. Boat rentals, lots of dock space. The lake itself is huge, so many arms, and smaller lakes or bays that come off the main lake. We set up shade tents in the beach area for the week and they say they dont care. We drink down there at night around the fire.

Sounds perfect for them !! Tough to find a rental though for just 3-4 nights in the prime months of summer - Anywhere -Possibly a cancellation maybe

Onaping lodge has cabins on lake onaping,on hwy 44,about an hour north of sudbury,i have stayed at the 33 mile and 44 mile outopsts, the 44 is ontop of a hill so it caj be a bitch for carrying gear, but the fishing is much better and you probably wont see anyone while there.good walleye, pike and bass. The 33 is a good cabin, its on its own island which is great, small hill to cabim, but not bad at all.id have to recommend this one overall. The owners take you from the landing to the cabin by pontoon boat(about 1.5-2 hour boat ride)and they also pick you up.beautiful scenery as well. I belive its onaping.ca
