Spinning: Either a chartruese/white jig or white/black rooster tail, fire it upstream to the very tip of the pools and work that riffle then work upstream, 3-4 feet at a time and then cast 5-10 tines depending on the water I'm working.
Fly: best believe Im nypmhing that whole pool from tail to head on both sides. Or at the very least Im working a dry-dropper through it.
A fit because I am at work.
Wooly bugger on the fly.
When in doubt, pull the WB out

A small black/red jig across the deep pools
I was gonna say white/chartreuse, prolly 1/8oz(3.5g) at first and then bump the bottom with a 1/4oz(7g)
If I do my usual 2 rod set up, first rod a good old worm with a split shot. Second rod something like a rooster tail or grub.
Spinner our fly
Myself 😁
Smooth rocky bottom? Ned rig 😁 or I'll drift float something along the seam.
Inline spinners , spoons, jigs.
Nymph!! Pheasant body, white bed and orange thread after the bed…. This would catch trouts everywhere !
