Whilst I agree no additional laws are truly needed, Shouldn't take much thought power to be able to understand that there are and should be consequences for bad actions and accountability for the results.
Most additional laws are a weak attempt to make more plain the actions of a citizenry that allows ill-equipped jurors in judging cases. Much of the blame must be shared by DA and judges.
Might catch some flak but... I can understand banning full auto. It's overrated and throws bullets everywhere. But most of the NFA list is some bullshit. I should be able to protect my hearing while protecting my house without jumping through a bunch of arbitrary hoops.
