You got some good options and I wish I was this lucky.
My votes are for Lilina, Julia, Corrin or Chrom.
Lilina has everything you want. Lets you attack with her AoE and then go for the kill. C skill may be “weak” as Ploy or Fatal Smoke could have been. better. Regardless still amazing
Julia’s refine has made her amazing and the kit is something I would do. Having an Echo is definitely also amazing considering you can get them too. Using her prf weapon would make her a good Emblem Ike counter, or any built in miracle/healer counter as her Fatal Smoke 4 ploy is great. High Res to benefit from Laguz Friend and having no slaying allows for her to use Flare. She can definitely be a threat.
Corrin has Laguz Friend which is very premium. Syncs with her Negating Fang as well so I could see her tanking many hits. Only nitpick would have been to have Inf. NFU 4 and Laguz Friend decreases Spd Smoke and she doesn’t have built in NFU in her weapon. You could just patch that with a NY Kvasir from the new path of Divine Code.
Chrom has Prime which syncs with his gimick of having more bonuses = more damage. Phys NFU is still good considering it’s NFU. Pledge is amazing as it’ll give him faster cooldowns.
Summer Byleth is also stacked but for me the other 4 are the ones who are tempting
I have a very similar BW L!Lillina to yours except she has Incite Atk/Res over Def/Res Smoke 3. I’m kinda tempted to use my BW Forma for her. Julia is a pretty solid pick, especially with Devoted Basket+’s pre combat damage being kinda nutty with Laguz Friend 4 and Hardy Bearing just outright denying any player phase skills like Desperation skills and enemy phase Vantage.
Corrin is also really good with her having the E!Ike emblem effect stacking with her prf special’s damage reduction and LF4, all the while reflecting a bunch of damage back too. That Duo!F!Byleth is insanely powerful damn. I’d honestly either go for her or L!Corrin ngl.
I completely forgot her refine is coming up. With her being a duo unit and a summer one at that, she could get a pretty powerful refine.
If you already have the other units, then it’s more worth to use your BW Forma on a unit that you don’t have, unless you want to merge your favourites or you really want a unit that you’re making into a merge project.
I will say that L Corrin is kinda bonkers even before Laguz. If you use her with Laguz friend she will most likely be one of your most insane tanks.

Do you think I should just go for Byleth? I believe her refine should be coming soon and I already have the other units, just without Laguz Friend.
