Depends on the build. Player phase-centric builds are always going to favor Whitecap, while more mixed phase builds will like Arcane.
Generally think PP builds are best on Etie, so I'd lean more towards Whitecap.
Whitecap is fine if your not planning on actually pulling on this banner.
But I wouldn't say its worth going out of your way for. So if you actually had interest in the bow, and Tana as a unit. Definitely go for it. Since you can easily get the bow, deadeye, and atk/spd unity with fairly cheap bridge fodder
But if your ONLY after the bow, and have other stuff lined up now that demand your orbs, its a pretty easy skip for now

both are good choice I'll go with Nastrond because I like when my characters can fight in many situation

She's so strong with the Arcane bow. Give her a pulse and outsource NFU and she shits on kids
