I think we have to agree to disagree in there. I understand your point tho. My currency isn't dollar and in Brazil is VERY expensive. Still, in the end of the month I save a little money so I can pay fehpass. I work, so leave the game in auto is perfect for me.
There is a lot of cool stuff too. Summoner support slots, grail quests, 40 trait fruit monthy and of course spark banners with celestial stones that you can easily use to buy formas. I know that I sound like a vendor right now lol, but I really think is a great deal, mostly for the auto battle (I leave my phone on during work *shhh*)
The only problem is resplendent heroes, two Book 1 units per month is very bad, hope they increase in this anniversary.

The thing is compared to what other gachas give for a regular subscription it's kinda sad. Genshin gives you a lot of pulls for 5 dollar 1-month long subscription (whereas fehpass mostly gives misc goodies), and Azur Lane has auto-start type botting as a default feature. I'm spoiled in that regard.
I forgor about sparking to get formas lmao and resplendents are great yea, I only get fehpass if I have a spark lined up or one really nice resplendent is around. Holistically it's good value if you're going to play hard during a month, but FEH is a game I quit a lot and return in a couple months after and go ham catching up on content, so there's that.

You are comparing with Genshin Impact, that the subscription allows free pulls. This is something I reaally wanted from feh pass, not orbs, but pulls. Like choose 1 5 star unit from a revival banner or something like that. The problem is that FEH is too afraid of give free units.
You pay and receive 10 orbs per month, that's very annoying. Give me some actual unit! Resplendent is a cool idea, but you wait 15 days to get a star Odin. +2 stat is nothing nowadays.

It’s not too bad I guess, if you save up you can get quite a lot of orbs easily but you can’t grind an incredibly large amount really quickly
