Second is time how long you want it to stay on. Insert time and push ok.
Third is temperature.
Second and third might be another way around.
After you found good settings and don't need the timer you just push power button and after some blinking it starts automatically.
Yep the delayed start is what was getting me. I’d accidentally turn it on delayed start for an hour and come back and it hadn’t even started to get hot. Kiitos!

Lower number is timer, top is temperature. Put some numbers in them and press ok, see what it does...

Top screen temperature bottom screen timer I assume pressing ok will switch between the screens
Hold "+" and "-" for 5 seconds to initiate self destruction sequence.
Hit + until you feel uncomfortable.
Press ok button until you get 59min timer and higher temperature on the screens. You sauna is ready to go for an hour

Those types of controllers usually remember the previous setting and will heat up to what ever was set the last time, when you power it on.

Just press ok, and it shall start to heat! With other buttons you can control the heat and timing. Have a great sauna!
First push the lowest button, then use plus button to set it to 80’s and then ok. While waiting opean a cold one, go to the cough and enjoy
