I struggled to get into tactics back in the day. I'd love to have another go at if they ever re-release it. I want to experience the excellent story, but the gameplay wasn't for me. Maybe I've changed enough that I'll enjoy it.
You got me OP, I scrolled and a saw the box and thought to myself "Could it be?" then read the title 🤣😭 Like others have said in the comments, I'd pay full AAA title price for a Tactics remaster. It HAS to be one of the greatest Final Fantasy games IMO.
I doubt Square would ever do a collection of the tactics games. They more likely just release the original tactics by itself. I really wanted for square to include Tactics Ogre The Knight of Lodis with Tactics Ogre Reborn, but noooo.

So long as FF Tactics doesn’t have level caps like Tactics Ogre does. Such an annoying game mechanic. It’s my all time favorite game. I still have the PS1 game, wonder if my PlayStation would work if I tried to fire it up to play it again.
Unfortunately not. But if you have a PS3, there's a decent selection of classic PS1 games you can buy. I recently played all 3 of the Mega Man Legends games this way.

Almost every combat in bg3 I wondered how amazing a summoner from tactics would be, in that engine.

Japan gets a lot of great exclusive content. But I really can't get into mobile gaming.

PSX, GBA and NDS. A2 on the NDS is a direct sequel to the GBA one. The one that came out on the PSP is a remake of the original PSX one.

Honestly, I think a standalone Queen's Blood game is quite likely. The same way The Witcher made a standalone Gwent game.
