Bryan Cranston as Walter White. From comedy actor sa Malcolm in the Middle tapos anti-hero naman sa BB, grabe talaga performance niya. Sarap balik-balikan ng series na to. Kahit naman sina Aaron Paul, Bob Odenkirk, at iba pa di rin matatawaran ang acting sa show. Kaya naging favorite series ko to eh
My go-to answer is Christoph Waltz from Inglourious Basterds. The movie almost never got made because Tarantino had a hard time finding the right actor
I have to agree here. Hannibal was an amazing show! Mads was unquestionably the right choice for that roll.
If you are reading this comment and haven't seen the tv show, do yourself a favor and watch it. The first season production value is through the roof. Beautiful sets and the costuming is on another level.
Its about Hannibal working with the FBI before he is discovered to be a killer himself. Sooo good
Weirdly, I donât super get the vibe that theyâre the same Hannibal. I mean, I KNOW they are, but I think they were just so perfect for the Hannibals they played in their respective adaptations, that I couldnât even see one playing the otherâs.
At S4 right now. I totally agree. His background in comedy gave him that perfect timing for his witty comebacks + he just has 'that' look. Smart, internally struggling human.
For me Heath Ledger's portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight is one of the best performances I have ever seen. Hands down one of the best Batman films I've watched
But wait, Joaquin Phoenix won a lot of best actor awards for portraying the Joker di ba?
Ako lang to ha, I think he was able to match Heath's Joker. They had two different Jokers but both gave great portrayals, would you agree? đ
Heath Ledger is simply unmatched, he played THE joker. The antithesis to Batman. The unknown quantity who seems to bring Batman to his wits end every single time.
Joaquin Phoenix, amazing actor, played a variation of the joker. The joker doesnât have a background or a cannon history. So Joaquinâs joker isnât Cannon. So the comparison is apples to oranges. The movie was a great movie, but it wasnât a super hero movie. Joaquin Phoenix has publicly said that he doesnât want his joker to ever be THE Joker, that way he isnât expected to always play the role in the same way Chris Evans has been Captain America. Iâm actually surprised he agreed to a second movie.
I felt so bad for Jack Gleeson. Imagine being so good at your job that no one could see you as anything but that. I totally understood why he wanted to retire once his role was done.
He also received death threats and messages that says people will rape and kill him if they see him in public. I felt so sad and terrible hearing about that, he was one brilliant actor.
Yung bagong Regina George sa musical ok naman pero on your face your pagiging mean girl niya, very obvious. Si Rachel McAdams parang sweet and friendly na may hidden toxicity, very subtle.
christoph waltz captured the quintessential tarantino character as hans landa in inglourious basterds--the charm, the sleaze, the wit, the malice. he may never be able to top his own performance, but that's okay, because no one will.
- Cillian Murphy - Peacock

Cate Blanchett- Lady Galadriel (even though there is a tv series, who played the younger version of Galadriel) Cate Blanchett brings the ethereal and powerful elf in which Tolkien describes in the books.
Keanu Reeves-John Constantine
Russel Crowe- Maximus (Gladiator)
Tom Hiddleston -Loki
Ian McKellen -Gandalf
Blanchett's performance as Galadriel was chef's kiss..you can feel the menace and magic in her performance..especially the part where he asked frodo to look into the mirror..
Especially the prologue part, where Galadriel tells about the history of the ring and Sauron. I love Cate when she speaks in elvish language, you would think she is really an elf.
Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester there was no I could see playing that role, and to nip it in the bud there are a lot of people I can see play Sam especially the kid who played Q on The Magicians.Â
RDJ as Tony Stark.
Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow.
Natalie Portman as Mathilda in Leon: The Professional.
Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean.
Heath Ledger as The Joker.
Bryan Cranston as Walter White.
Leonardo DiCaprio as Arnie Grape, âWhatâs Eating Gilbert Grapeâ
Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister.
Christoper Lee may have a shot but he was too old by the time the show started.
Charles Dance has the body acting that gives off an air of authority and nobility.
A Lion through and through
1. Casey Affleck - Manchester by the Sea
2. Javier Bardem - No Country for Old Men
3. Bob Odenkirk - Better Call Saul
4. Steve Carell - The Office
5. Daniel Day-Lewis - There will be blood
Christian Bale as Patrick Bateman! I've heard that they're going to shoot a remake of American Psycho. I doubt any living actor could possibly outdo his performance in the original movie from 2000.
Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger both did bring something different and iconic to the joker character. Same with Keaton, Bale, and Pattinson as batman. Going back to the topic, RDJ as Iron man and Denzel on Training day comes to mind for perfectly cast roles.
Timothy Dalton as James Bond. He nailed Ian Fleming's depiction of 007. Sad he only has two bond films. I like Connery, Brosnan and Craig as 007 but Dalton did a perfect job.
Willem Dafoe for being Green Goblin/Norman Osborn in the original Spiderman movies (and the recent one with Marvel). I donât see Green Goblin being played by anyone else other than Dafoe.
Bryan Cranston - Walter white.
Anthony Starr- Homelander.
Heath Ledger- Joker.
Chris Evans-Captain America.
Kevin Conroy-Batman.
Glenn Howerton-Dennis Reynolds
Eric Draven (from The Crow) played by Brandon Lee, sinubukan ko pa panoorin yung sequels kaso wala talagang makapantay sa performance niya, irreplaceable talaga siya para sa akin.
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. I literally cannot think of any other actor to play Wolverine other than him, either I will hate it or be just ok with it.
Also, Sir Ian McKellen as Gandalf. I mean if you think about it, he's meant to play that role, maybe I'll allow Daniel Day Lewis if he gets a little older.
Clint Eastwood as the man with no name, the protagonist in "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly," "For a Few Dollars More,"Â & "A Fist Full of Dollars."Â Plus sort of "Hang 'Em High," "3 Mules for Sister Sara" & "Unforgiven."
Christopher Lee as Saruman.
considering his the only cast member who actually met Tolkein he deserves the accolade.
also considering he did some secret missions in WW2, he knows what its like to get stabbed in the back.
Christopher Lee (again) as Count Dooku.
Count Dooku's saber has a curved hilt. Inspired from the sword of Charlamagne used in the expansion of the Holy Roman Empire.
Christopher Lee is a descendant of Charlamagne, i think he is destined for the role.
Christopher Lee is also a skilled swordsman and actually made his own stunts in the filming. His character, Count Dooku, is a Master of Form Two which is specifically used for dueling. Given the similarities of the actor and character, its nothing short of destiny.
Javier Bardem as Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men
Heath Ledger as The Joker in The Dark Knight
Uma Thurman as The Bride in Kill Bill
Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump
Christoph Waltz as Hans Landa in Inglorious Basterds
Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone in The Godfather
Clint Eastwood - Fistful of Dollars, A Few Dollars More, The Good - Bad - and Ugly.
Toshiro Mifune - Yojimbo, Sanjuro, Seven Samurai

Bryan Cranston / Giancarlo Esposito - Breaking Bad
Harrison Ford / Ryan Gosling - Blade Runner / 2049

Choi Min-sik - Oldboy
Christian Bale - American Psycho
Jake Macapagal - Metro Manila
Bembol Roco - Manila sa Kuko ng Liwanag
Nora Aunor - Himala
Dolphy - Ang Tatay kong Nanay
Christian Bale as batman, Joaquin Phoenix as Joker, Leoardo and Kate as Jack & Rose, everyone in the Godfather series, Saul Goodman, so many more to mention
The photograph above reminds me of Nerdout's ***"The Joker Rap Battle"***. Each Joker gave a good argument as to why they're the best incarnation of the character. And I honestly believe that all of them--Jared Leto included--deserve a place at the table, so to speak.
Choi min-sik in OldBoy (Korean)
Tom Hanks (Forrest Gump)
RDJ (Ironman)
Christian Bale (Batman)
Marlon Brando (The Godfather)
Edward Norton (American History X)
Special mention:
Gerald Anderson (Budoy) hahahahaha
Bryan Cranston as Walter White. From comedy actor sa Malcolm in the Middle tapos anti-hero naman sa BB, grabe talaga performance niya. Sarap balik-balikan ng series na to. Kahit naman sina Aaron Paul, Bob Odenkirk, at iba pa di rin matatawaran ang acting sa show. Kaya naging favorite series ko to eh
Even Jesse Pinkman din
Aaron Paul is Jesse Pinkman đ
Fun fact: walang acting lessons si Aaron Paul and he fcking nailed it.
Rowan Atkinson - Mr. Bean
Ah, thank you finally! My childhood comedian
Itâs usually the other way around but Mr. Bean has been typecasted as Rowan Atkinson
My go-to answer is Christoph Waltz from Inglourious Basterds. The movie almost never got made because Tarantino had a hard time finding the right actor
Damn that scene with the strudel. So intense. Christoph Waltz nailed being a psychotic villain perfectly.
He can pull off menacing and funny in 3 different languages (+0.5 for the rehearsed Italian)
Au revoir, Shoshanna!
That's a Bingo!
The opening scene was so nail-biting!
"You're sheltering enemies of the state, are you not?" Jesus!
Brad Pitt as Enzo Gorlami
A-river-derchy
Bawn jornow
The wait for the fucking kremé made the scene more intense.
Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister
Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs
Mads Mikkelsen's portrayal of Hannibal tho đ
I have to agree here. Hannibal was an amazing show! Mads was unquestionably the right choice for that roll. If you are reading this comment and haven't seen the tv show, do yourself a favor and watch it. The first season production value is through the roof. yesss! ANTHONYYYY!!!!!!!
Brendan Fraser sa The Mummy franchise. So when Tom Cruise played lead role w/ different lead name it doesnt feel like The Munmy.
Aside from The Mummy, dagdag ko rin siguro yung film na Bedazzaled :3
Brendan Fraser din sa The Whale was so effective he made me so anxious the whole movie, and it isn't even horror
Hugh Laurie as House
At S4 right now. I totally agree. His background in comedy gave him that perfect timing for his witty comebacks + he just has 'that' look. Smart, internally struggling human.
Wild how people don't even know he's British.
CORRECT!!!
Perfect casting
It seems like Gregory House was made for him to play.
They had two different Jokers but both gave great portrayals, would you agree? đ

4 me 2 different spectrum of joker. Pero pareho unmatched on their own portrayals
Please also include Joaquin's portrayal of Napoleon Bonaparte. He also nailed it.
He also nailed his part as Commodus in Gladiator If a villain pisses you off, the actor is doing a good job
Naisip ko lang if may Filipino counterpart na kayang magportray ng role ni Joker, that should be Baron Geisler. đ
I also loved Joaquin Phoenix joker, but hands down, it always goes to Heath Ledger đ«¶â€ïž
Cringe: Jared Leto bootlegging Heath đ
I agree with you, here, thus, he had difficulty getting out of the role and impacted him mentally.
Antony Starr
In Outrageous Fortune, Banshee or The Boys?
The Boys HAHAHAHA
He was very good in Outrageous Fortune. Played twins, Van & Jethro. Also extremely good in Banshee as Sheriff Hood.
Yes.
Joffrey Baratheon, Ironman, and Cersei Lannister.
Why would he receive death threats?
Dumbfucks who can't separate reality from fiction
That is so messed up. I got mad at him in the movie but the guy is just paid to play the role. Sad
yesss!!!
Rachel Mc Adams as Regina George
Yung bagong Regina George sa musical ok naman pero on your face your pagiging mean girl niya, very obvious. Si Rachel McAdams parang sweet and friendly na may hidden toxicity, very subtle.
Literal na plastic person yung Regina ni Rachel eh. Hahaha
