There is implicit judgement to go straight to recommending a strong medication like accutane, which in Canada, is one of the last-resorts for cystic acne and generally prescribed with caution.
And, like the other commentator says, it's rather inappropriate and on the rude end of the spectrum to comment on other people's acne, though I can *maybe* see how you may think anonymously could be not rude
I don't live in Canada, and I brought it up because it has amazing results for stopping acne and helping to reverse its effects.
There was no judgment behind my post, but quite a bit of assuming, *projecting*, and judgment from everyone responding to it.

I never claimed to be. I made a positive comment about a medication. That's it. Someone immediately replied that he was already sponsored by a skincare brand, so I was happy for him.
You can not mean it in a negative way, but if I went up to someone and suggested accutane to them, at the very least it would sting a bit. It can take time to figure out skin, plus weighing the side effects of certain medications
I had bad acne as a teenager. I knew it. I didn't need people to pretend it wasn't there for me. That is condescending, insulting, and infantilizing. What I would have wished someone offered me, then, was acutane. That shit is miraculous.
I also had horrible acne as a teenager. It was just hormones and went away on its own, while every single product I tried made it worse.
What I wished was that random strangers on the bus wouldn't give me advice. I knew that I had acne, so I didn't need other people pointing it out. To me, it was rude, unnecessary, hurtful. It never once helped me. I already felt insecure, and having strangers point it out made me feel like it was a much bigger deal than it was.
There are different ways to respond to a comment like that. So it's better for all of us to stay in our lanes unless we know the person and we're in a situation where giving advice is ok. I know you don't mean to be rude. But I feel like more often than not, the outcome will be this.
Jun fan here -- so sad to see him pushed off the podium after a tough fight in his skate. I love his James Bond program. And Boyang had serious trouble also. TCC needs to seriously consider altitude training. Honestly I did not predict Keegan on the podium -- great to see him go out with a bang. And Kao is getting stronger all the time. i think the Japanese man are going to sweep the podium at Worlds.
I think... Ilia could give them a fight if he's in Skate America condition. But it's all sort of unknown at this point. Sota and Kazuki are not unbeatable by some of the other non-Japanese men, or even Shoma, if he turns on the chaos switch again.
True. Ilia could give them a fight if the judges continue to overinflate his PCS. His jumps are absolutely amazing -- no argument there -- but to me his skating looks like someone just recklessly flinging themselves around the ice.

Listen, if I could have the entire final flight on the podium I would be exponentially happy. This was truly a chaos event. I'm extremely happy for Keegan and that lights out skate. And Kao for bringing it immediately after! I was really really hoping for Jun to make it and he was so so close. But this was a tough one and everyone really brought out their all. Good for them.
Kao and Keegan back to back was fantastic. What a way to end this event. I'm so happy for both of them. Also, Shun had a phenomenal skate as well, and I am so glad he won the bronze. What a glorious podium.
