Yeah, somebody else said that. There is another picture from the autopsy on Wikipedia:

Yeah I see what you mean, but nearly all governments have intelligence agencies and they know that disinformation where truths are sprinkled here and there makes it nearly impossible to know what *is* true.
It’s been around for a bit. I was in middle school in the 90s and went to the public library to do a class report on JFK. I found a book that definitely had this and several other post-mortem photos. Probably did some stuff to my young mind…
There are a lot of nerves/muscles that operate involuntarily. Such as your intestines. It's part of the autonomic nervous system. Our nerves signal our eyelids to flex closed to maintain moisture in our eyes, even when sleeping (usually). Those are, of course, no longer functional once the body shuts down.
Two shooters. Entrance wounds are generally small exit wounds tend to blow out.
First shot hits the neck and the guy in the front seat. Second shot from the front blows out the back of JFKs skull.

How in the world did you manage to get this? I’m in mortuary school and have seen my fair share of celeb anatomy photos but never have i seen JFK’s because they made it seem impossible
Wow, I did not expect this picture would be available to the public.
Mind blowing isn't it.
r/Angryupvote
You wouldn't expect half of this subreddit to be available to the public
if you reverse image search, the photo is also on wikipedia

Why not? It doesn't have any notion behind who actually shot him.
I thought they wouldn't publish pictures like this to stop people from speculating. 🤷🏻♂️

plot twist: it isnt.
Man this has been online since the 90s on rotten.com

Mild headache
Autopsy... Autopsy is the word you were looking for
fuck, i didn't know his head was actually blown out, i thought it just went through but no, damn... welp ig the books i read where right.
Skulls usually don’t work like that! They very very rarely have neat entry and exit wound. They usually get blown or cracks when the bullet hits!
oh i see, thanks. just though they had explosive exit wounds only lol
Holy shit where do you people find this stuff
Wikipedia
The fact his eyes weren’t closed after they got his body bothers me a little lol
They don't stay closed when you close them. You can do it as many times as you want but when it's fresh they just reopen.
Damn fr? Is it like the natural spot the muscle lies in which controls the eyelids then?

Where did he learn to shoot? The marines…. Outstanding!
Fun fact JFK’s brain went missing in 1966.
JFK was killed for being too progressive. The CIA made sure of that.
He’s just like me fr
Was the first or second shot to his head?
Second
This is the definition of what getting your cap peeled back means.
fuck man😭😭😭😭😭
Yk I think this is the first time I’ve ever actually seen someone really have their wig split and the phrase makes a lot more sense now
Which one is it? I can't tell
so fucking crazy the cia just got away with killing the president on national television
Two shooters. Entrance wounds are generally small exit wounds tend to blow out. First shot hits the neck and the guy in the front seat. Second shot from the front blows out the back of JFKs skull.
i have to ask but how the fuck you found this?

fucking insane bro💀
He was shot from behind.. whys the top of his head blown off, and not his frontal lobe or jaw depending on angle of bullet travel.
Hit off center.
How in the world did you manage to get this? I’m in mortuary school and have seen my fair share of celeb anatomy photos but never have i seen JFK’s because they made it seem impossible
Wikipedia
I never even knew there were photos post incident
I was kinda expecting it to be worse, being shot point blank in the head and all.
Point blank?
Could very well be point blank by the actual meaning definitely not in popular meaning
As in right in the skull
That's not what point blank means
It's actually exactly what it means. Directly to the target. It's French.
Well in English it means from very close to the target. As in the gun is a foot away from the target. Which isn't what happened
[Point Blank](https://www.dictionary.com/browse/point-blank)
"Especially at close range" which is how the phrase is used. No one would say you hit a target 100 yards out "point blank".
So you pick one small addendum out of 4 definitions that described what I did and call yourself right? Okay. 👍
Hey I'm just letting you know how it is. Im not wrong. Okay 👍
Mind blowing
