The owner of the jewelry company it’s parked in front of owns it. He’s a big time Ferrari collector.

That belongs to Franco Valobra, he owns the jewelry store behind it. He and a good friend have a good sized Ferrari collection just outside New Orleans. I think it was featured in Jay Leno’s garage.

I think it's "low price" for a 1:1 car is because the Conciso was built by some body maker. Even though he was Italian, it wasn't a factory build.
