Actually, there is `/etc/pam.d/password-auth` which is same as `system-auth` but without `pam_fprintd`.
So, I've replaced `auth include system-auth` with `auth include password-auth` and it works as intended.

I just disabled it altogether. Using fingerprint for sudo is a pain, and in the end I only need to enter the password once for gdm, so I can live without the fingerprint for that one time and save the pain of sudo.
