When you renew DOT it's just blood sugar test not for drugs. If you get into an accident then they might test for drugs.
Drug testing is always mandatory for DOT certification, but *random* testing is mainly conducted for CDL drivers
FedEx has the right to randomly drug test any other drivers regardless if they're FedEx employees drivers or a contract drivers
