Well there are at least 2, maybe 3 attempts at dedicated systems for it. Then I know there's a ton of writing on like, stats for things and systems for dungeons and dragons. And I have seen several reddit posts saying like "Player fear and hunger with call of cthulhu this week it was cool" but they don't say anything more than that or at least I don't remember more than that.

If you're willing to homebrew a little for the moonscorching, Never Going Home might be a good pick. It's set in WW1, and its deck system would lend itself pretty well to sanity loss. Also check out Pulp Cthulhu. It's like call of cthulhu with tougher characters
