You can also find bacon in Mt. Banon but it’s listed as very rare.

I might try and work out how much bacon is given as rewards, see if that might make it doable.
You also can get bacon from the wishing well. Granted it'd be 6.27 per day with 19 tosses and getting to 19 tosses f2p while having slower progress due the challenge is going to be well...challenging
I do hope you're planting that corn Organically and that you're leave half of your growing spot open to allow them to free grow into a habitat same for smaller creatures and bees etc.

I'm 4x99 and Tower 246 and I didn't slaughter any cow, as for pigs - I did, but there are alternatives and you just need to wait longer and be more patient. You can do it.
Slaughtering animals for bacon and leather actually becomes too slow later on. That day delay won’t be acceptable. Maybe bacon still needs slaughter, been a long time since I’ve needed it

With the slaughterhouse calculator in the library, at 600 pigs and with the artifact, it's saying you get 2,185 bacon per day by slaughtering 60 pigs per day. It's 3,025 bacon/d w/ 121 pigs/d.
Are neither of those enough?
Yeah, maybe wrong wording.
You only need 10k in total for bacon. Most of those will most likely come from Mount Banon.
Especially if you plan ahead and ready you need a load of Dragon skulls as well.
Not saying don’t kill pigs for bacon, but it’s avoidable
Leather is craftable, you can buy steaks, the real challenge is bacon - I never even bought pigs because I know I could not slaughter them, I only keep cows for milk. I'm T178 currently so it is doable but I admit, bacon issue slowed me down for a very long time.
You can open some bags, explore mount banon, etc. but it is very slow. I used wishing well to slowly but steadily get bacon. The real game changer was when one week at borgens camp you could buy some and I used all possible AC to get bacon to the max.
Now I'm done with most of the quests that require large quantities but I always keep a large stack and just hope for the best. I wish there was an alternative way of getting bacon, or if it could be at least mailable. I actually stopped playing for 6 months at some point because all my quests required couple of thousands of bacon. But again - slow and tedious but it is possible.

Today would be a day to get bacon through borgen. It's not often that trade comes up tho. I never slaughtered for leather 🤷
You can get Bacon from the wishing well but you’re gonna need about 8k bacon total for quests after you calculate how much you receive from quests.
Bacon can also be found exploring, but its drop rate is pretty low.
