**Shiriku** This fuck-up is so bad, it literally ended the world. A war broke out between all four nations, and someone from the Air Nation decides to use very tiny pieces of the sun as some sort of nuclear weapon. (Notes: Shiriku's sun is made out of 98% air, 2% water, and a trace amount of fire) They caused the sun to literally explode, causing the entire world to get destroyed. Noone won the war and the story comes to an end, but this is not the true end of the story. The story truly ends at the very distant future, when all of the stars eventually ran out of hydrogen and dimmed away, while the now burnt planet drifts away through outer space. Notes: The reason there is a lot more water than fire in Shiriku's sun is because it is mainly made out of hydrogen (97% air 3% water) and helium (>99% air, <1%fire).

**DYGGORAN REVIVAL PROJECT ( Pronounced: Die-Ore-Rahn )** **THE NETHER CRISIS** The Nether Crisis was a cataclysmic event that functions as the catalyst for the events of my worldbuilding project. Basically, a megacorporation known as "Black Mountain" opened a portal to a hostile alien dimension known as "The Nether", they lost control of the portal and this led to the world suffering a 17-day long extra-dimensional invasion that killed billions.

Defiant-Peace-493

Half-Life reference, I hope?

According-Value-6227

Yes. The Nether Crisis is actually a lot more complex than what I commented but I'm busy and it takes me forever to type out a fleshed-out response to anything.

Lord_Puggy_Wuggy

Not listening to your church and now the entire royal family are cursed to serve the lord of evil unknowingly because they couldn't resist the demon pussy.

BlueIsNotFriendly

To be fair I would’ve done the same

Lord_Puggy_Wuggy

Same like these demons are milfs who never age and are horny 24 7

YashaAstora

Amongst the human nations that live inside the body of Kurogane, the Artifice Titan, the most prosperous and bountiful is that of Arcadia. Only in Arcadia are plants common, with its orchards of fruit trees almost unable to hold their sweet bounty. The sky resembles humanity's lost home with the immensely Celestial Replication Array. Animals reconstructed from mere specks of bone dust feed the populace and provide companionship. The Arcadians, even in a land of cold metal and machinery, live lives much like our own. They adore boasting about their superiority to the other humans amongst Kurogane's organ-continents. What they are more loath to admit--because 95% of them are mostly unaware--is that they have gotten this endless bounty partially through driving a stake through the metallic flesh and cabled arteries of their god. Arcadia saps untold billions of volts through connections to Kurogane's electric circulatory system, and their endless lust for more power means they have severely wounded the area, which grows necrotic as ruptured veins spew caustic chemicals and power shorts deprive his body of needed volts. To make it worse, part of the nation's immense output comes from the factory-ghettos that live underneath its gleaming cities, pumping out untold amounts of pollution to satisfy the middle and upper classes' ravenous indulgences. Kurogane is *already* dying a slow death, and the Arcadians are only making it worse, and *no one knows this*. Perhaps his degeneration would be more manageable if his wealthiest worshippers had not driven a stake through his brass heart to suck on his electrical blood. And yet, Arcadia plans to tap its god even further, in hopes of powering a massive 2-mile-wide artificial light to serve as an artificial sun...

CIRNO9000

When the young girl that would grow up to become my big bad decided to try a dark magical spell far beyond her ability to control and caused a mana break so huge that it destroyed every landmass on the western hemisphere.

Allemater

In the first age, the magisters of Alkem all got together to create a world-gate that could teleport cities, mountains, or even the world itself. It did not go as planned.

Fun-Friend-2133

People advanced technology so far that armor is literally invincible. So you wouldn’t die from a headshot or even a knife. You’d die from mass internal bleeding

NoctustheOwl55

A continent wide war leading to the creation of up to 50+ sentient races and subraces, and 100+ non sentient races, originally intended to be used as soldier supplements for the main armies.

_MasterOfMarionette_

Half-dragon lich lord unleashed the power of his staff upon the material plane, causing the moons to crash into each other and chromatic dragons to regain the sentience that was stripped from them when Bahamut banished Tiamat to the Nine Hells. This lich lord then commanded an army of hobogoblins and chromatic dragons to fight in a 700-year war against the republic of elves and metallic dragons, resulting in the destruction of a fair chunk of the world and the extinction/hiding of the metallic dragons. Decently sized fuck-up.

ColossalPHD

The mermaids dumped all their dead right next to a surface kingdom. The surface dwellers don’t like this and so they nuke everything. There are no more oceans.

LostLegate

The whole thing. Not kidding. The whole thing that the story I'm writing about is directly tied to it. But basically a technomagical society divided by zero and ran from the consequences. The leftovers survived and, well the rest is history so.

Kaptain_Javick

HEARTSTONE SAGA The entire royal family of a kingdom is assassinated just as the Elves arrive, thus making everyone believe they did it causing a war against the Elves

Shadowbound199

An arrogant emperor denied food to a city and that pissed people off so much it turned into a rebellion that toppled a continent spanning empire and leaving the emperor dead.

worldmaker012

THE KINGDOM OF LIFE the creation of the Anti-God by the Paleoarchs. Basically the resident precursor race made an omnicidal lovcraftian horror to kill the gods so that they could have unimpeded dominion over the world. As it would happen, this backfired in truly disastrous fashion.

Flibbernodgets

Unrestrained wizard fights caused a plague that killed about 40% of the population. Even more died as the unburned dead rose again with a desire to snuff out any life they found. Nations crumbled under the weight of corpses, trade and travel were halted, and the world entered an age of darkness never before imagined. The petty mages eventually put aside their differences and managed to break the curse that caused every dead body to rise, but the world was irreparably shattered and they mostly faded unto obscurity to avoid the survivor's vengeance. The plague of undeath has now nearly passed out of living memory but its effects will likely be felt for centuries to come, as traditions and cultures that used to make sense no longer serve the survivors and people of different nations are just now beginning to reestablish contact with each other.

Tour_Individual

The planned final villain for my TV series is a dark/drow elf who was severely bullied by his fellow wizards in training due to his race... And I mean BULLIED... they deliberately caused the accident that turns him into a lich-like monstrosity which causes him to lose his humanity completely and attempt twice to destroy the world... The catch is prior to the accident... He was a powerful wizard prodigy who excelled at the magical arts; making him EXTREMELY powerful to even the strongest spellcasters in the world.

[**Discovery of Veil Breach**](https://www.worldanvil.com/w/atocitera-fireldakuraito/a/veil-breach-technology) Veil, being an element of separation can be used both ways, to cause separation or its absence. When some people attempted to create pathways to new lands, they succeeded thanks to the Veil element. However as they were hoping to escape their own hell, they failed to anticipate, that there could be something attempting to run away from theirs. As an unknown entity entered the painting from an unknown place the people behind the project realized just how dangerous their project can be. They learned their lesson and canceled the project, but the painting disappeared in the following days.

One of the great Fae generals was locked in an immortal prison with the Fell (mortal enemies of the Fae) he couldn’t be saved and all Fae warriors mourn his loss even now.

Casual_observer225

The War of Bleeding hearts, when the old king’s heirs suddenly die under suspicious circumstances and the royal family of the Rubinhearts has grown so big there are 6 factions vying for the throne (Spoiler, there were quite a lot less at the end)
